Randy founded BCB Therapy in 2004. He is often described as caring and compassionate, and knows the value of a safe, trusting relationship between himself and his clients. Randy believes in giving his clients evidence-based tools that can have an immediate impact. With many years of counseling experience, Randy works to ease each client's struggle using treatments which may include EMDR, HeartMath, and Biofeedback.
The goal of EMDR and Brainspotting therapy is to process traumatic memories, reducing their lingering effect. Trauma and its associated anxiety and depression can be incredibly difficult to endure. As therapists, we have seen how painful this can be for the client, their family, and friends. Often the individual feels alone and desperate, not knowing where to turn.
A research-based approach to helping people achieve greater coherence and higher functioning. At BCB Therapy, we offer a specific type of biofeedback called HeartMath. It is a research-based approach to helping people achieve greater coherence and higher functioning. Coherence can be compared to "being in flow" or "being in the zone."
BCB Therapy specializes in treating insomnia. In addition to biofeedback, we also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Insomnia is a prevalent problem with over 50% of adults reporting they have difficulty sleeping. With so many sleeping medications on the market, why do we need an alternative?

I've had the best experience with BCB from the beginning. First speaking with Kate who handles everything front end and more, to my amazing counselor Randy Wild. Kate took the time to listen to my situation and get me lined up with Randy who she felt was best suited. I continue to stay in communication with Kate, and she is always on top of it with quick responses and reminders, along with the perfect touch of a caring relationship built.
