It used to be a hidden gem, unfortunately (for old members), everyone else around the lake found it also. Overcrowded and prices went up. Staff are still excellent.

I like the gym, stuff there to do but we canceled my brothers membership because he wasn’t going and they were still charging us for it, we told them multiple times, didn’t have a care in the world, so I left, great gym but idk if I could go back cause of that

The gym is great the staff is wonderful and when they have a chance they're working out along beside you.

Nice variety of machines for working out, strength training or other things. There are machines to develop just your arms or legs, and cardio enhancing things like treadmills. The place is clean, is not hot, and is open 24 hours to members via their fobs.

Nice place to work out. Plenty of space and equipment. Clean and safe. Staff and fitness instructors are friendly and very helpful. Not really a place for hardcore strength trainers though. Some classes are offered. Daycare and dance classes for children. You can buy a key fob for 24/7 access. My only complaint is that the personal trainer classes are a little pricey. The membership price is very reasonable though. I highly recommend this gym.
