Very happy with Spectrum Auto Body in Burlingame, and The Garage in San Francisco! I became a customer over 10 years ago, when I needed a mechanic fast and Alice answered the phone. All these years later, Alice, Kyle, and their great team still provide consistent outstanding customer service and expertise on any car. I was in a car accident recently, and Alice contacted me every day with an update. She helped me deal with my insurance and the car rental company. They did a great job on my car. Highly recommend!

This shop was recommended by my car mechanic after I got into a small accident. Basically I knew from the beginning my car was in good hands. The level of quality and standard of care is way above what I expected: ensuring not only the car was taken care of but even my well being after the accident. The process was smooth with a prompt turnaround. They also consistently kept me informed about the repair status till the day I picked it up. And what I see seems like a brand new car! These guys are the real deal. Helped me deal with insurance, hooked me up with a deal, and did excellent work on my car. I have nothing but positive things to say. Will always come to guys for body work.

I came in earlier today and got my spoiler installed. There were some technical difficulties with the spoiler I brought in since it was an after market product. Amir contacted me and went above and beyond to help me out. This shop has the best customer service I've had in a long time and they are extremely professional and honest. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back in the future.

I came to Spectrum to have my spoiler repaired and paint. They did an absolute fantastic job. Their customer service is outstanding. They would reach out to you in order to give the breakdown and the quote. Once you give them the "go", they will give you updates as soon as they make progress. They first told me that my part would be ready in a week and a half which I totally understand because I want them to take their time. Also, since we are in a pandemic they are short on staff. All of a sudden they informed me that my spoiler will be ready within 3 days from when I brought it over

There's nothing else I can say that hasn't already been said by MANY others regarding Spectrum Auto Body. Living in San Francisco, vandalism is everywhere, I mean it happens. My Infininiti was keyed on numerous panels, how frustrating! I called into Spectrum (based on its glowing reviews) and spoke to Alice who scheduled me on the same day for a free quote. After meeting with her, she advised me of the cost of the repairs. It was best to make an insurance claim for the repairs needed. She helped call in the claim to my insurance with me and was able to get the car rental set

After going to Spectrum Auto Body in SF for years I decided to use their Burlingame location to fix the right side of my car after it was damaged
The work done was absolutely perfect not to mention the type of metallic blue paint I have isn't the easiest to work with. They finished the repair ahead of schedule and even held it for a couple days as I was traveling for work when it was finished.
Pros: Staff are super helpful and honest. Alice and Michael are great

Have brought both my babies in for body work and Mike is hands down the man. He will take care of you like you were his brother, sister, mom, pops, whatever. The epitome of customer service. Both times, I picked up and dropped off my rental straight from the shop, Mike kept in touch and kept me up to date on repairs, timelines, approvals, EVERYTHING. The repairs were flawless as well. I could not tell the difference from when it was brand new. Will be bringing my cars here everytime from now on until something changes!

The poor quality of service you did on "repairing" my car has cost me over $575, repair by two other providers and a potential highway accident. The performed took nearly two months and was SO poorly done that even the best parts of the repair were shoddy. You actually broke a light above my license plate holder yet had the audacity to put an advertisement on the plate! I would NEVER allow my car to be taken to Spectrum BEWARE ALL!

Unfortunately, I've needed a good body shop twice in the last 3 months. Fortunately, I found Spectrum Auto Body. I cannot compliment Alice and her team enough for their responsive, friendly, knowledgeable service, great work and attention to detail. If it is at all possible to create a positive experience for a customer who is dealing with a frustrating, expensive accident and some bad luck, they will do it. I highly recommend Spectrum Auto Body (and their sister shop "The Garage," next door for maintenance and repairs).

The Best body and paint work I've seen thus far. I highly recommend Spectrum, I recently had my BMW hit from the side and the paint and body work looks as if nothing happened, blended well and you can never tell it was hit! There reasonable, trustworthy and most important fast! They won't have your car on the back burner, will expedite quickly while being precise! They do everything from classics to common cars to expotics this is a great body shop! A+++ :)
