John was awesome! He answered all my questions via email, txt and in person. He is very timely with his responses even as his schedule was taking him across town to different sites. His prices are lower than alot of the Advertised places that comes up when you search too. Total professional and we need more people like this in this industry.

I called John last minute and due to my circumstances he agreed to do an inspection late in the day. He showed up early and worked until about 8PM getting my home inspected. Even though he was working later than usual John took the time to explain everything I asked and did it in a way that even a non-expert like myself could understand. By the time I got home my report was already in my email and ready for my review. My realtor was also sent a copy and she commented on the thoroughness of the report and how easy to understand it was. This is not my first house and I have had both good and bad

John is very professional, responsible and friendly. He performed an in-depth inspection and although the house is a new construction, he found some details that were later corrected by the builder. Could not have asked for a better inspector. A friend of mine recommended John to me and I am glad she did.
John was extremely thorough. On the day of the inspection, it was extremely hot out, but John did not let anything get in the way of him giving a Grade A home inspection. He climbed on the roof, walked the attic (which must have been well over 100 degrees at the time...) and inspected every inch of the home's interior and exterior.
The inspection report was very clear and will be a great tool for us to address the issues he found once we officially move in.

About a month ago John came out on short notice to a house i was looking to purchase but had questions about. Not only was he very professional and upfront, he didn't mind me asking questions and explaining things to me mid-inspection. The report was very thorough and included pictures in areas that needed to be highlighted. John even pointed out things that the experienced contractors that carried out the repairs missed on their initial inspections.
