Mike was really great to work with! This was my first home inspection. He was very thorough, and very detailed in his inspection. He answered all of my questions, and explained anything I didn't understand. He is also quick to respond as well. The communication throughout the process was amazing. Mike did an excellent job with our pre-purchase home inspection. He pointed out certain defects that were still covered under the original builders 10 year structural warranty, something that we were unaware of coming from another state. Mike spent the last hour of the inspection walking us through his findings, which was very helpful in understanding the condition of the property we were about to purchase.
