This is the best Pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They work very hard on any request I have had, and always with a smile! Your order is ready within minutes and if there is any problem, they get right on it! I drive a half hour to go to this Pharmacy, that’s how good they are. Everyone there is excellent! And, they have been working night and day to help with testing for the COVID VIRUS on top of everything else! I cannot say enough great things about the staff, they are the best!

I drove 40 miles (one way) to receive a COVID-19 test at Belles Pharmacy. When I arrived, there was a note on the door saying the pharmacy was closed, and they were not conducting on-site testing that day, but would honor the vouchers two days later. I watched as a steady stream of people arrived with their COVID testing vouchers, only to see the sign and return to their cars in anger and disappointment. This is unacceptable customer service, and I cannot return in two days (a weekday) due to my work schedule. Could you not be bothered to call me and let me know my appointment had been cancelled

Diwata was so sweet. I am from Chicago and I was searching for a thermometer for one of my dear friends who lives in Surprise. She tried the box stores, Amazon and EBay. From Chicago I googled pharmacies in Surprise. Called Belles and told Diwata what my friend needed. I paid for it over the phone and my friend went to get it right away. Great service. Thank you Diwata! Told my friend she should transfer her scripts over to you guys. She has cancer.

I realize we are in uncertain times, but considering Belles Pharmacy is listed as a COVID testing site, they are extremely disorganized and unprepared. A sign on their front door directs you to the back of the building and asks to line up by the 'orange cones'. Well, there were no orange cones. The owners arrived after 9am and there were already 6 or 7 cars of people waiting aimlessly for testing. It would have been helpful to maybe show up to work EARLIER to set up a staging area for those showing up for testing at their scheduled times. Maybe have more instruction (even to those that called days

If I could give a zero star rating, I would! I drove 45 minutes to get COVID tested after being exposed to someone who tested positive. I went online and registered for an appointment and after driving 45 minutes, found this on the door upon arrival. There were many others who were visibly there for a COVID test with registration papers in hand. Extremely unprofessional of Belle's Pharmacy to not let people know. With a virus as serious as COVID, you'd think they'd honor not only people's appointments but also their time.

I'm kicking myself for never stopping in here before. I was looking for hand sanitizer and allergy medicine and luckily found both. That sounds so odd to say, but these are the times right now. The woman working the counter was very friendly. The store is small, but very clean and organized. The prices were great and even cheaper than the Benadryl I typically get at the store.

Belle's pharmacy is hands down my FAVORITE pharmacy!! The pharmacist and pharmacy technician truly care about their patients, unlike any corporate pharmacy you go to. I recently had to get the flu shot for school; however, since it was near the end of flu season, ALL of the major corporate pharmacies had already sent them back and thus, did not offer them. This was the ONLY pharmacy that still administered the flu shot. If you don't know, the flu season ends at the end of May, so it is crazy that all of the corporate pharmacies sent them back to their distributor a month in advance. I know I was

The staff is kind and caring. They don't play those Walmart games .
They take the time to listen, understand and be helpful. Which is why I switched all my prescriptions to Belles. If you want the personal touch and a Pharmacist/Pharmacy that will look out for you. Give this place a try. It's like that great hole in the wall restaurant. Once you try it. You finally realise what you have been missing by going to Walmart.

They deliver! So when you are sick or just don’t want to leave home they come to you. Also, they are never super busy like the big name pharmacies, so they actually treat you like a customer not a number. I’m done waiting in long lines at CVS and Walgreens, especially now that they have clinics inside. Who wants to be around all those sick people. I would highly suggest that you check this pharmacy out. So much better than all the others.
