I am a Nurse Practitioner and have been calling in prescriptions for the past 15 years to pharmacies of all types, including compounding pharmacies. Never has my legitimacy been called into question and never have I been treated poorly, until dealing with Key himself. He was rude, lacked professional courtesy and essentially told me I couldn’t prove I was ‘real’ without faxing a cover sheet from my office for the prescription vs calling it in. It was a topical steroid cream. And a faxed cover sheet is no more ‘proof’ than providing my NPI, which should be sufficient. When I pushed him

When I discovered there was a compound pharmacy on the west side of town, I was thrilled. I had been using a great pharmacy, but they were on the east side of town. Not only was Key Health close, some of their prices for the same prescriptions were even a little lower. The down side was prescriptions take awhile to get filled here, their customer service isn't the greatest and one of my compound products that comes in lozenge form tastes really bad here. Extremely difficult to get a compound prescription filled here. Best advice keep calling until you get a live person to answer then hopefully get a refill. They kept insisting on leaving a message but I never got my refill. Hey management get your $hit together you are not good. Wake up call right here. 88 not here. Very Poor service it had to be said.

Awesome service above and beyond. My dog needed sixty pills compounded ASAP due to severe rapid onset wasting. I was flying out to Hawaii Monday morning and it was a Wednesday afternoon when the Rx was written by the Vet. I anticipated a partial fill by Friday. Thursday afternoon I received a voicemail that the Rx was completed in full. Friday found me sick, immobilized, and the pharmacy is closed weekends. Little did I know they had a delivery service for a very nominal fee, and I live in Buckeye. Key Pharmacy saved the day for my dog, for me, and probably for other drivers on the road because

I have been very pleased with Key over the last several years. They provided me a good compound alternative to an expensive medication, which has since served me well. The owner is a great source of information on compounded scripts and how to integrate them for best outcomes. The store’s philosophy on keeping costs low is based on keeping staffing at a minimum and thus asks for a little more advanced notice on filling compounded scripts than the big pharmacies do on traditional medicines. However, they have kept me whole when I infrequently needed short turn around. A great place overall.

Best Pharmacy I've ever been to! The staff is very knowledgeable & so helpful. I've got lupus, arthritis and now menopause...ugh! No worries Key said to me and suggested CBD oil. I know that Key only carries the best quality products and he knows which products work best so don't hesitate on asking him for advice. Took script in for my son. Pharmacy staff was slow and unfriendly. Pharmacist came over asking questions relating to the med, which is a super common compound for nausea. He acted like he had absolutely no idea...I was told they’d call me later the day with price. A full day later I called to inquire, as no one called me. Come to find out..the staff did absolutely nothing with my sons script. They didn’t even contact the insurance company to even start the process to determine a price, much less make it. I told them I’d come get the script and go somewhere else. This Pharmacy is a joke. Total

This is a great pharmacy that has prices that can be as low as ¼ the price in a compound, VS name brand drug from other places and is the exact same drug. They will also do all they can to fill a prescription at the last minute like when leaving to go on vaca. Give them a try, you have nothing to lose, and in my case I save about $200 a month using a compound that does the same thing as name brand, and my blood work proved it.
