Way too over priced for what you get.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. We lived in a two bedroom apt, couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The office tells you that your apt is updated and does not look like the model apt; when in fact it looks exactly like the model apt, VERY outdated for the price you pay. Bright yellow and pink toilets and showers, 1950s stove top and oven. NO drawer space in the kitchen at all. The windows too are outdated. When trying to open one in the spring time, the ENTIRE window fell out and since it was a weekend they couldn’t have anyone come out until Monday and even then

We found the apartment to be very comfortable. The neighbors have been friendly. The complex has been quite and peaceful. Been living here for almost two years and my hubby, mom and I love living here. Well maintained grounds, friendly staff and decent amenities make Kingswick a great place to live. One only minor issue I have is not enough pool time during the summer and I hope that they can have it fully staffed all summer.

If I could give this place 0stars I would moved from Ct to Jersey the 1st I got there it took them forever to let me sign the lease I had to call my boyfriend so he can speak to them so I can get the keys to our apartment not sure what the problem was cause I had the rent money and good credit and I was communicating with Joan the property manager after 5hours eventually got the keys every time I had a problem I would go and they would totally ignore me but once my boyfriend called they would get on it and the worse part was the lease was in my name so I'm not sure was it because I was a

I've lived at Kingswick almost 2 years now. Yes, the buildings are older and have the usual old building issues. Drafty windows and out dated appliances are the only ones I personally deal with. However, I love it there. It's CLEAN, quiet, no one bothers you, and the grounds are always kept. Maintenance and office personal have always been quick and efficient in any issue I may have needed attention to. The apt's are incredibly spacious which is a big bonus for me. And the pool is incredible!! I was looking for a long time when I needed a new apt and I am very happy of the decision I choose. Kudos

The apartments are old and maintenance cuts corners when making repairs. my stove takes 20 minutes to heat up to 450 degrees, my freezer keeps nothing frozen & goes through periods of defrost (not my idea) and all my items defrost & my ice cubes melt. its okay because i am not much on cooking so i just buy fresh every day but i can't keep bread frozen & ice cream is iffy. i also can't keep fruit/vegetables for more than a day because the fridge will freeze everything in it. water freezes nicely at the back of the fridge but will not stay frozen in the freezer. go figure! bathrooms are old, showers
