I rented here for an interim six-month period. I was very happy with the decision to reside at Stonybrook. It is in a great location; it is well managed and nicely manicured throughout. I always felt safe. I particularly liked the wide parking spaces, and there were always plenty for everyone. The fitness center was a nice amenity I used often. It's high window overlooked the gorgeous swimming pool. This is a nice family oriented community suitable for families or singles. I would recommend it to either. Enjoy!

Stonybrook Apartments is a nice, quiet community we have lived in for the past three years. For the most part, our neighbors are very polite and quiet. There are many elderly residents and residents with children, so I would consider it to be family-friendly. There have not been any altercations or disturbances in our time here. The maintenance workers are friendly, kind, and quick to respond to maintenance issues. Every time we have had a maintenance issue, it has been handled and resolved in a timely fashion. The grounds are usually kept very clean and neat. Residents are permitted to decorate

Stonybrook apartments has been a lovely place to live. Even throughout the pandemic, the residents here have gained a strong sense of community. The staff treat you like family and do a wonderful job taking care of the apartments and property. The complex manager does her very best to accommodate the residents, keep the property beautiful, and is always looking out for resident safety and best interest. I highly recommend this facility!

Stonybrook is a great place to live. It is quiet, clean, and the neighbors are friendly. The office staff is always available, friendly, and nice. They make sure that they take care of your needs, safety, and any issues. The maintenance staff always answers your calls and take care of any issues as quickly as possible.
