On 11/21/2021 - freakish failure on new 2021 BMW - all coolant gone - stranded on Route 7 but - voilà BMW Assist! Contacted - tow company called and we're awaiting their arrival.

And then Bingo! I see TWO tow trucks sitting on the opposite side of Route 7 blowing and waving and then a call... Steve confirming I'm their target - LOL! I reply in the affirmative and Steve says "we'll be right over".

My car was vandalized in the garage in my apartment building. All four tires/wheels were stolen so I called the car dealership who referred me to Blair towing. Their staff was friendly, they were easy to coordinate with, and they came fairly quickly. The driver knew exactly what he was doing and got my car up and out of the garage quickly (in a tight 2nd underground level garage) so I definitely would recommend them if you are in this kind of bind.

Mercedes in Arlington uses this company. It is UNRELIABLE, you have to follow up with them. They automatically send you messages saying they are coming and you can track them, it gives you a false sense of security, when it reaches 10 minutes, and they don't come it resets to 90 minutes again. I called and they had NO record of my car needing a tow.
THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! THEY SAY THEY ARE COMING AND THEY DON"T. You have to call them back and have your VIN # to tell them to tow you then they come out. I know this because it happened twice to me. So frustrating, they sound

Although the driver was sent to a wrong address first and both he and I ended up wasting at least half an hour, he was courteous and worked very professionally once he arrived. The truck he was driving was very nice and I felt comfortable having my car carried on
this company truck to my dealer.

I called for a tow and Carl showed up and brought me an early Christmas present: Before hooking it up for a tow, he tried charging the battery with his (much better than your average jumper cables) starter kit. It worked like a charm, and saved me the headache of having my car in the shop. Thanks so much, Carl, and thanks to the whole Blair's team for being so quick and helpful.

Their driver Carl was such a big help when my car wouldn't start due to battery issues. Not only did he load up my car in a timely manner, but he was incredibly friendly and gave some great advice on what I should do next.

Blair's Towing damaged the axle on my Maserati. Still waiting on the owner to call me back after 3 calls, multiple messages and an email. Stay away! It will be costly.

Blair's has proven to be reliable and our driver was very friendly and helpful! He got to me sooner than expected and quickly got my car to its destination. Highly recommend!

These guys were amazing. We had a tire blow out on 495 due to a nasty pothole. It was just after 11pm. They came out and towed it to the tire place for us and kept us updated the entire time. They were so friendly and helpful. You don't find that much anymore. I highly recommend them. If I'm back in the area again and need a tow they will be my first call. Thanks so much guys!

My car had a flashing check engine light and I scheduled a tow for service through my insurance . I was pleasantly surprised by the timeliness and professionalism of Patrick. He has a great personality and was super helpful .

They never showed and canceled the towing I needed without calling me. Was left stranded on the side of a highway for 2 hours waiting for them to come

A massive shot out to Chris Cooper of Blair's Towing and Recovery. My car broke down in an underground car garage three floors down at GWU hospital. Chris managed to drive my car very slowly out of the garage and he knew straight away the issue was with the serpentine belt. He was so professional and I was so grateful that he got my car safely to the dealer. Amazing job Chris ! Thanks again from a very grateful RN.

EDIT: In response to the tow truck company's response: Then give the customer the courtesy of a voicemail or text, rather than just dismissing the call and canceling it. A 5-star, a 4-star, or even a 3-star customer service company would have done so. My car was disabled, and I needed help, where was I going to go?? Your 1-star rating is well deserved!

Tow truck was called by my insurance company's roadside assistance. The tow truck company called me when they arrived, but I was on the phone with one of my customers. I called them right back a couple of minutes later and they said

It's never fun when you need to: (1) have your car towed, and (2) sit in a car with a stranger who is towing your car. However, I had a really good experience with Blair's, from start to finish. I called Blair's, who picked up on the first ring and politely asked me several questions about my situation. They told me it would be 30 minutes, but Josh arrived early and was extremely courteous and friendly. He put my car on the tow truck very carefully but efficiently. He made sure not to cause any damage to my car, but he was remarkably quick in loading the car on the bed.
