SHOUT OUT TO KYLE HERRING!!!! WooHoo!!! This guy ROCKS! Can I just say that this company has a real GEM of a person and also the competence in handling their customers is unsurpassed as one doesn't find people these days that actually know what's going on half the time - Not only did he respond to emails on his day off he also gave great advice during a very hard time with my vehicle after a kid t-boned me. I was scared and confused and this Company and Man made me feel so at ease! Please consider Willow Springs for any and all of your towing and recovery needs. This place is the BOMB!

My experience was with Ibrahim. My interaction with him has completely changed my outlook on towing companies.
The experiences I had other places I've noticed most people are often times very unprofessional, rude & just money hungry at these type of places. Towing companies usually could careless if your a women with kids on the side of the road stranded or a disabled individual or anything of the sort. You could be stuck right in the middle of the highway at night in pouring rain for all they care, unless your paying them whatever their asking for that's the only time they will get themselves

I wonder why the government still contracting this place? I understand that willow spring towing was ordered to tow my vehicle from the street due to expired inspection. But how about putting back the drive shaft to where it was??? I asked them to put it back so I can drive it back home, the answer was No: bring your mechanic or do it yourself!!! Horrible people, no humanity!

I would give a zero if I could. Theirs was the most disingenuous, rudest, and nastiest service I have ever received in my 55+ years of life. While I tried to discuss the price increase I faced between calling on the phone and showing up in person, an insolent staff member argued with me, turned his back on me, slammed the door in my face and made me wait outside.
Later, another person I'm told was a manager showed up with a "scr*w it" T-shirt on and further berated me as I attempted to pay. His shirt was a clear indication of what they do to customers. He was as rude as the

2009 had my Van towed from a public library just brought it back from CT. Had belongings in the van laptop some clothes gym equipment. Had temp tags on it for transportation purposes. Title and everything was in the car. Called fairfax police department went to establishment to retrieve it no where to be found. Cops threaten to lock me up if I didn't leave. Willow towing is the worst towing company on the east coast

I needed my car towed from a dealership to a different garage about less than 5 miles away (but during rush hour). I called and luckily they had someone available right away. The tow driver, Alex, was very nice and very patience because it took a while to return the loaner car to the dealership and they didn't even have my car out of their garage yet! Alex was very patience and understanding and did not complain once. Thank you Alex, and Rob who answered my call!

My van broke down at my daughters school in the pouring rain and I had this company come tow it to the Chrysler dealership. The guy showed up within the hour, was extremely courteous and helpful, and towed my van to the dealership with no problems. Pricing was fair and well within distance and reason. I would absolutely recommend this company for towing needs!

Horrible service and the most expensive company I have ever seen.
The truck driver lied to me. Driver told me that there is no charge if he will tow my car to their facility as this is per state regulations to clear the high way, when I went to pick the car, they charged me $405.

These guys towed my motorcycle after an accident. Insurance picks the bike up only to discover my $300 running lights were stolen by these criminals. Fortunately, I had pictures of the bike as they towed it, but these guys will steal from your vehicles. They also charged $350 for a motorcycle tow, criminal in itself.
