This place is a must to take your vehicle to. The owner GP and his wife were so pleasant, informative and professional. They had my car checked and serviced promptly. They have a clean waiting area, with coffee and water. Also, the prices are really good especially being a Mercedes shop. I love places like this. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

Shop seemed very respectable and proffessional based on reviews which is a shame because I really like all the people working there. Got there dropped my 2000 cl500 off. Had spongy brake pedal usually meaning there is a leak in a line somewhere or air just trapped in the system. Took it to them to bleed my abs pump and bleed entire system to restore proper pedal feel and travel. Got the car back with them saying it was fixed. Tried driving out problem was not fixed same issue. Asked if they bled abs and the gentleman said there was no need (even thought that's specifically what I asked for as air

I discovered Sterling Star and Mr GP and Kumar through the local MB owners club. G.P. is an extremely knowledgeable Mercedes technician...and he has integrity! He will only do the work that is needed, and does it at a very reasonable price. He takes a pride in his work. I wish we had found him decades ago. He would have saved us a lot of money...and the work would have been properly completed! I highly recommend him and his personnel. Not a fancy place, but you cannot beat the quality of the workmanship and service. You will not regret taking your car to G.P..

We purchased a 1999 MB W210 E320 4-door sedan for our son to drive since it is one of the safest autos ever built. This is the third time over the years that GP (and his BMW mechanic, Scott, the only person who touches my 335 Xi) have shown they are not only a 5+ but a 6+. This last visit I had an accident that needed to be dealt with at Maaco (nearby, separate review) and figured it was a good time to have the car looked over even though except for a rattle things were moving fine (with 146K+ miles, preventive maintenance is a must). Besides the usual oil change, new brake rotors/pads, new coil over shock (it was indeed the cause of the noise), and new halogen headlight were all resolved perfectly and timely
