Services
HomeCare Resource was established in 2000 to provide quality home health care in the Minneapolis and St Paul metro area. In 2013, HomeCare Resource went through the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and became Medicare Certified. CHAP accreditation demonstrates that HomeCare Resource meets the industry's highest nationally recognized standards.
They are available to assist you in personal cares including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. Our Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) will follow a plan of care that is set-up by you, your RN Case Manager and your doctor. They are supervised by your RN Case Manager to ensure that you are receiving the best possible care.
