I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to provide orthodontic care to so many fantastic families in the Orange County Community over the past 20 years. As your orthodontist, my goal has always been to make each patient's experience in our office as enjoyable as possible by providing the highest quality, state-of-the-art care in a fun, friendly and nurturing environment.
Not all orthodontists are board certified. Only about 1 in 3 orthodontists in the country are board certified. To become board certified, an orthodontist has to pass a rigorous set of written and clinical examinations, as well as a comprehensive review of their credentials. The initial process of becoming board certified can take anywhere from five to ten years.
The first thing you will probably notice about this staff is that they are friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic. Each team member was selected, based upon their experience, cheerful personalities and their desire to help people. Our staff has extensive experience in orthodontics, exclusively. They are CPR certified and attend meetings and classes for continuing education to stay current with new developments in our field.
The entire staff is committed to making each patient's experience in our office a positive one from the first day you arrive in our office to the day your braces are removed and beyond. We find it very rewarding to receive nice notes and comments from patients who were so positively affected by the treatment they received in our office.
Two-phase treatment is a specialized process that combines orthodontic tooth alignment with orthopedic jaw-structure changes that occur only during a child's facial growth. Phase I orthodontics is designed to intercept or prevent a developing bite problem that if left untreated, would ultimately result in the child having a worse problem or compromised result in the future.

My dentist of over 20 years suggested Dr. DiGiovanni for my Orthodontia needs. The office is nicely decorated and you can see they have a ton of clients. I am sure they were good at some point, but they are too busy to take on new customers. I honestly would not suggest them. Too many things went wrong.
1) The online system notifies you of your appointment with the wrong time. Since I showed up late, I was not able to see Dr. Digiovanni. They continued to take prelim pictures in order to do a 3D Mock Up.

What an all around great experience my family and I have had over the past 5 years at Doctor Di Giovanni's Office. My 2 children and I have all been in or currently are in treatment and have found the office consistently to be friendly, professional, efficient and produce beautiful smiles.
The office is beautiful and welcoming. From the moment you walk into the office you know it is a special place. You're always greeted with a friendly smile from the assistant to make you feel welcome. There is a computer that you type your name into and like clock work you are greeted and seated for your appointment
