We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards.
Originally a native of Mahopac, NY, Dr. Utterback became interested in dentistry as a high school student while working in a dental office. With a growing passion for dentistry and serving people, she pursued a BS degree from Columbia University in dental hygiene and then her DMD from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine.
Over the years Dr. Utterback has invested weeks in the interview process to find exceptional team members for the office staff. Despite the long process it has been a very worthwhile one because in the end there was only one goal; creating a positive experience for her patients, from the initial phone call to the final follow-up.
While at our office, we make sure that you receive the highest level of service and ensure that our dental work is of the highest quality. To ensure that you maintain great oral health, this level of quality needs to extend into your personal oral hygiene routine. We can help you establish a dental hygiene routine that will keep your teeth healthy and white.
Dental implants are a permanent and appealing solution to replace missing or extracted teeth. They are better than other alternatives like bridges because no additional teeth need to be altered to place the new tooth. The entire implant process is performed over the course of a few months. The first part of the process is to install the implant itself, where a screw is placed into the jaw bone.

Dr. Utterback is the best dentist I have ever had!! I wish I had found her earlier, although she has only come to the Fishkill area a few years ago. She is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and skilled; she is able to diagnose and treat dental issues comprehensively, and knows when to refer out, for example, when a root canal is indicated. The entire staff is great. Her assistant Shelly helped during my most recent visit, and she made me feel comfortable and safe while needing a crown replaced. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Utterback and her entire staff!

Had a fantastic dental check up at Dr Utterback's office. The dental hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and was very informative. The dental exam was very comprehensive as it included a screening for oral cancer. Very pleased with the whole experience. Since I have been a patient with this practice my dental health has improved dramatically.
