Called and was told the company would arrive in 30 minutes. Didn’t answer phone professionally. Waited almost an hour and they never showed up. Tried calling back numerous times and no one answered. Had to end up calling another company and waited for them to show.

Called these guys to move my trailer that has damaged suspension across the street. They said they could do it no problem and they were 1.5 hours out, even gave me a very fair price. After 3 hours I called back, he advised they were 10 minutes out. Driver never showed and I have now called 6 times, over 2 days, since then with no response. If you need a tow, I guarantee there is some one better in your area.

My car had blown up and I had called my insurance company to have it towed. This company STOLE my car. Did not pick up the correct car. Then after calling all over Dallas county and the police to find it, Elite blew it off. I waited 5 hours in a panic calling everyone to find out. I had to file a police report. After they STOLE my car, they were going to make me PAY to get it to the correct location OR they were going to tow it BACK TO THE INTERSTATE. The man that I spoke with kept saying he had to talk to his manager about it, but refused to give me the managers information. I then called again

I had a trailer that was put on a flat bed truck. The driver didn't have the right equipment and bent the jack on the front of the trailer. I have sent them photos and video of him doing this. I have tried to contact them and no return calls. I wouldn't recommend them to tow air.
