Battery was dead and needed to get my vehicle off the street. Did not catch the driver's name, but he jumped the vehicle and drove it to the parking lot. Within just a few minutes my problem was solved and at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, I will most definitely use them again. My mom is disabled and on a limited budget and her car was towed at her apartment complex.

My family members had my car towed on September 5th around 1 AM for $107 dollars with no receipt from 31st to 63rd. Their driver Randy towed my car and dropped it and slid it onto my neighbors vehicle. The owner Adam was cooperating with us at first, but now he is ignoring me and denying this ever happened. I have pictures, emails from him stating he was going to check his cameras, emails of him stating he was going to ask why his driver didn't issue a receipt. I did get in touch with him over the phone ONCE after all this email exchange, and he said he would have me pick between 3 different shops

Critical: Professionalism
I had my car towed through my insurance company. This company towed the wrong vehicle. It was a completely different type and color of car. I and my mechanic got the runaround for over a week about this vehicle. Someone is missing their car. Luckily, I found mine.
