We provide flexible choices to meet the physical, recreational, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual needs of individuals in a safe family environment.
Copeland Oaks, a retirement community in Ohio, was originally the site of a thriving orchard owned by Kenneth B. Cope, a businessman, attorney and trustee of Mount Union College. In his loving memory, the Cope family donated the land in 1963 to be transformed into a place where seniors would have the opportunity to grow and thrive on the same fertile soil.
Retirement is a time to relax and enjoy life without worries. Copeland Oaks provides a variety of senior care services and amenities for our residents so they can do just that. Entertainment and social amenities add to the pleasures of daily living. Maintenance services, like lawn care and appliance repairs, leave day-to-day stressors to our staff.
How do you decide when it's time for you or your loved one to transition to a senior living community? Or, maybe you'd like to live as you do now, but within a senior-centered community with other older adults. Our Continuum of Care guarantees that residents receive the care they need throughout every stage of retirement.

Wife works here and she loves her job. She says all the time she wishes this would've been her first nursing job bc it would've been her last. But know that she's there she'll never go anywhere else.

My 98 year old grandmother has lived in an assisted living unit for some time. Recently, she has moved to the skilled nursing side while recovering from a fall. I’ve always heard about the great care given Copland residents, but now I see it first hand. The staff has been very caring and truly concerned with her well being. Thank you one and all for taking great care of Granny!

My aunt and uncle lived there while they were alive. I think my cousin lives there now. I think they all got wonderful treatment.

Although I have not had any family who have stayed here, I have worked with a number of the staff and used to volunteer here. You will be hard pressed to find another facility as beautiful as Copeland. I work in long-term care and every employee I have met here has been professional and helpful. If and when my parents may need a lon-term care option, Copeland will be #1 on our list. I would suggest stopping in for a tour of their amazing facility and property. There's no other like it in the area.

Community campus atmosphere, many activities and services available, accessible swimming pool, aerobics and weight room, supportive of the arts, supportive of residents and staff, chapel services 2x/week, library, good food, music & entertainment, broadcast programs on 4 channels within cable system... It's a GREAT place to live.

Copeland Oaks has been a cornerstone to the community .I was employed there while in school. My children worked there when they were in school. My Father, God Mother and my Mother in law have been residents there. The care they give is top notch.

Anyone find a problem with any nursing home. I have three grandparents currently residing here and they are all very well taken care of (loved, even!). I would definitely recommend Copeland Oaks Retirement Community to someone considering assisted living or semi-independent living.

My mother in law is at Copeland Oaks in Memory Lane, the Alzheimer's area. We visited with her in May and were very impressed with the facilities. We stayed in the guest rooms, which are basically an apartment, very clean and nice. That made it very convenient to visit with my mother in law. My mother in law seems very well taken care of and looks and acts much better than the last time we saw her. I would recommend Copeland Oaks.
