This 978 sq.ft Arlington plan is the largest one bedroom you will ever experience! It comes with a one car detached garage. It also has a kitchen with all appliances, versatile breakfast bar, small hall pantry, plenty of storage in the wood cabinets and all within steps of the dining area which make cooking so much more enjoyable.
This 988 sq.ft. Bennington plan is a comfortable two bedroom, two bath home with a one car attached or direct entry garage. The back large bedroom suite has a full bath including an easy step shower and huge walk in closet. The full bath in the hallway has a tub and the laundry closet containing a full size energy efficient washer and dryer.
The Princeton plan has two bedrooms plus an additional den/office, or 3rd bedroom. Some homes come with a one car attached garage and others have a two car attached garage. All the Princeton plans have a great room area with vaulted ceilings and with a family room, dining area and L-shaped kitchen within one space but having their own zones.

We have loved living here and have just renewed for another year. The condos are well maintained, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The office is staffed with very helpful and professional people and we have had 0 problems with neighbors. We really love it here and are so happy to call The Pointe At Evans Lake home!
