These are the worst apartments ever. Don’t live here, you hear every single footstep and door closing and the workers don’t care about anything here. You pay $1,000 a month to hear the people above you and for the workers here to not do anything to help or even care. DONT LIVE HERE EVER

I have been here since 2017. I haven't seen anything worthy to complain. The management has been changed few times since then. But all were nice to me when I needed. The maintenance service is always doing well.
I'm glad to be a part of this community.

This is the absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever experienced. If I could give a negative review, I would. The apartment had not been cleaned at all when we first moved in. The toilets were disgusting, there were hairs in the drawers, and the cabinets had sticky residue all over them. The cleaning company told us they wouldn't finish cleaning until Pebblebrook paid them (SO UNPROFESSIONAL). Also, the strip nails on the edges of the carpets were never nailed down, so we had to do it ourselves because we had a dog. Within the first month of living here, there was a gas leak. Hailey and Robbie are always extremely helpful whenever I have an issue. My apartment is nice and I enjoyed the pool this summer.

Since Pebblebrook has made an adjustment to management/staff, the new staff has been incredible, professional and most of all very responsive! The maintenance requests have been completed within a day now when we have them! Our experience has gone from 1 star to 5 since we moved here in July 2019. I highly recommend this place now that they have made the appropriate staffing changes :)

I lived in pebblebrook for three years. Because of relocation I had to move. This is the best apartment I lived in this area. First, very safe and quiet community. Most of the tenants I met here are students but the nights and weekends are very quiet. Second, the community infrastructure are very good. Almost brand-new apartments, with pool and gyms. Clubhouse provides good Starbuck coffee. Very comfortable. Third, location is good. Walking distance to Walmart and other stores. Easy to commute to KSU campus. Lived here for almost five years, and I would say that pebblebrook is definitely the best in Kent, OH. The staff members in the leasing office are kind and helpful, you can always count on them if you have questions. The maintenance team is quick and professional.
In addition, Pebblebrook has a very good location! It is next to bus stop, Gamestop, Dollartree, and the Walmart is just across the street! Such location was extremely helpful when I was renewing my driver's licence since I could not drive at that time.

I am a fairly new resident here at Pebblebrook Apartments. I must say after working in the industry for a number of years and typically only living within my companies communities I have never felt more at home! From day one and my initial tour with Tyler to the application process (driving Melissa and Abdul crazy) it was so incredibly simple and enjoyable. It is refreshing to watch such a strong team work together to make a community stand out as they do with Pebblebrook. Pebblebrook is a great place to live, hands down. Clean, updated appliances. Relatively quiet, though it depends on your neighbors. Nice office staff. They were very accommodating when I moved out, and I appreciate that. Decent amenities (outdoor pool, exercise facility, basketball and volleyball courts). If you're a student, you're not too far from the university, but you're also not right next to it which offers you some peace. Also, the buses run right through Pebblebrook, so you don't necessarily have to drive to class. Parking is great. Maintenance is not only friendly but acts quickly when
