Normal custom orders usually take up to 15 business days for printing time. GIVE US A CALL before selecting rush orders if you are ordering anything besides T-shirts! Would you like us to remove a background? If you have a solid color background such as white, black etc and would like it removed this is for you.
Here at Need T-shirts Now, we print a lot of custom t-shirts and promotional items and when I say a Lot I mean it. Majority of our orders are for just 1 t-shirt. We specialize in printing just individual custom t-shirts. The main method that we use to do 1 off shirts is by using our state of the art Direct to Garment Printers.
If you are interested in DTG Printing then you want to know how to create your artwork for your custom t-shirts. It is not done the same way that you would prepare screen printing artwork. You have a few different options to design a t-shirt. DTG Printers have the capability to print Full color Raster images.

Looked into getting some shirts done. Got some general info from the owner and then decided to check google reviews. The reviews kind of spooked me a little so I went to the supposed place of business to speak in person. It turns out he doesn't even have a office there. Some ladies downstairs mentioned he meets people in the lobby to drop off completed orders whenever he finishes them. Needless to say, I walked... way too shady.

I cannot comment on the quality of their products. I ordered a single shirt, simple one color text on the front and nothing else. They have had my order and money for a month. (Order placed and paid on 2/7/20, date of this review is 3/7/20) Order still shows as pending I emailed them 3 times asking if there was an issue with the order. The first 2 got no reply. The 3rd one I threatened to cancel the order the next morning if they didn't respond. This was on Monday 3/3. They finally answered with a simple "Your order will be going out this week." It's now 3/7 and the order STILL shows as pending

No way to contact customer service
I write here cause this is my last hope to contact customer service. The phone on the website is discontinued, ”the fast response by email” had not came back in 5 days. I have messaged on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter - still no response. Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER products from this place. I ordered 6 shirts back at the end of January and still have not gotten them. My order still says it is pending. I have sent them multiple emails with no reply and they do not answer the phone. They supposedly have a "7" day turn around. I have reported them to my credit card company as fraud.

A family member was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year. It has been rough on the entire family to see him suffer through treatments so in an effort to boost morale, I ordered tshirts through Need Tshirts Now with a family joke on it. I hesitated to order through a larger company but I thought I would rather support a small, local business instead. Apparently this was a major mistake because Need Tshirts Now is a scam. It baffles me how these people have above a 3 star rating. I ordered a shirt a month ago. I’ve called every day for the past two weeks 5 times a day. NO ANSWER. This isn’t business this is theft. Never use these people.

Do not order from this company! I should have done my research more prior to ordering. I ordered 3 tshirts October 29th with the hopes that it would arrive prior to November 21 for an event. That gave enough time for their standard 15 business day printing time plus shipping. After about a week or so of not seeing any updates, I decided to try to get a hold of them to make sure that I would be receiving these in time for my event, because if I wasn't going to be receiving them, I wanted to cancel my order before they began printing so I could reorder elsewhere. Leaving for training after Christmas and ordered just 2 shirts to take with me. Placed the order, paid for 22 OCT 2019. Tried calling the business but my calls went to a full mailbox. Emailed them to find out why my order was still pending mid-November. No response. Went to their Facebook page and sent through Messenger with a response they would "check in the morning." Nothing back a month later. I posted to their page and they deleted my post. Now I am waiting for PayPal to retrieve my funds from this lame company. BBB notified. You'd think this "family run business"

Should've checked yelp before ordering. I ordered one shirt expedited shipping and it arrived as expected and high quality. So we ordered 11 more of the same shirt without expedited processing. Never received the order. Been reaching out every few weeks for the last 4 months with no response at all. I've filed a BBB complaint and disputed the $400 charge on my card. The lack of response is infuriating.

I designed a custom-made t-shirt that I was really excited about for my cheering squad to wear for my brother's marathon. I ordered 12 of them and paid extra for rush shipping. Beware! This has been a horrible experience! It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received the shirts I ordered. Paid extra for 2 day shipping, so expected to get my order fast. Especially when that's something they brag about on their website, but apparently it can take up to 3 weeks just for processing. Even with that, I'm still past that mark. I've been completely getting blown off by customer service. I'm even wondering at this point, $50 later, if I'm even going to get my shirts at all. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE GUYS

Don't believe the other reviews! I have never received my order for three shirts. When I called the man was so rude. Told me I had to email for status of my order. Told him no one is replying to my email. He wouldn't check on my order and told me I shouldn't call because it had only been a month-(is that why they are called, NEED TSHIRTS NOW....Later...Never!)

I designed a really cute T-shirt online 2 1/2 months before I needed it for a performance onstage. The site said that it would ship in approximately 15 days and I paid an extra nine dollars for two day shipping, hoping to get it sooner than later. After six weeks I called and talked to a guy named Barry, who told me on 2 different occasions he would ship it out that day and follow up with an email. Nothing. This was the only company I could find to create a custom tshirt and send to me overnight. I ordered on Friday and received it on Tuesday. AMAZING! I did call on Friday to confirm the proper way to order online and specifically request next day delivery. And then I called on Monday to confirm the shirt would be sent overnight. An actual person answered my call both times! I would definitely do business with this company again and highly recommend them.

Please do not order anything from this company. It's a scam. I ordered a custom shirt one month ago and still have not received. When you call, it's a call center and they have no way to look up an order, or tell you if it's been processed or shipped. Here's the best part. They won't LET you cancel. I'm disputing my charges and wish I had researched this company a little better. Now off to report them to the BBB.

I placed an order on July 1, 2018 for an event on July 21, 2018. I called their listed phone number on July 6 and was responded to that I had to send an email for status of my order. I did. On July 18 I realized that I had not received a response from this email, and my order was still pending. I emailed again and stated that I needed a response to know that I would get my T-shirts on time for my July 21 event. Still no response. The event came and passed and still my order was pending, so I canceled it. After 4 days with no refund I opened a dispute claim with Paypal. Amazingly enough their response

I ordered 2 custom t-shirts for my wife's birthday 2 months ago. Paid for them and never received them. Called and emailed and never got any progress. Just had to apply for reimbursement through my credit card. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Paid for and never received product, and they didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails or phone call. Waste of time and money.

I ordered a custom item over 2 months ago. I have called 3 times now and been told that it will be sent the next day. I've emailed 3 times and only gotten a response once. The item has yet to be sent. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and no follow through. Zero explanations. I do NOT recommend this company.
