Literally amazing service with the quickest turn around time. Staff is cool and super friendly making your experience 10x as better. The entire staff is amazing at Shirt Lizard I must say!!! I've never been so pleased with customer service!! Brandy helped me so much!! I kept changing my mind so much, and not once did she get an attitude with me! She said this is our job! The shirts go through a process to make sure you like the design, and if anything doesn't look to your liking you go through Jason Brewer and he makes sure you love, and then they move forward!! Customer service was not good at all. Deadlines were not met and even the owner was sarcastic about the situation. We were assured that the deadline would be met, however, it was not. Our employee drove up there TWICE to pick up and had to wait over an hour the second time after we were told it would be ready when she arrived. We don't contract things out very often, however, we will not be using them again.
