We are a member of the Spring Klein Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, Houston Auto Body Association (HABA), and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Houston.
These guys are good. Initial quote was about 15% less than the dealer quoted and Guy Ray worked with me to lower that even further by giving me 3 options for repair; OEM, salvaged parts or non-OEM parts. They fixed my vehicle in less than the time they said it would take and at total cost less than their final quote.

The BBB Awards for Excellence recognizes businesses and non-profits for their achievements and commitment to overall excellence and quality in the workplace. Proceeds from the event help fund the BBB Education Foundation which educates consumers about scams and fraudulent business practices in the Greater Houston area.
By law, you have the right to select where your motor vehicle is repaired and the parts used for repairs. However, an insurance company is not required to pay more than a reasonable amount for such repairs and parts. Your rights concerning motor vehicle repairs are explained in the insurance code, article 5.07-1, a copy of which will be mailed to you within 15 business days on request.

The worst experience ever.
Before our insurance would allow them to begin repairs on the car, they told me is it would be ready within 11 days. Once that 11th day came, we heard every excuse as to why my car wasn't ready. Finally, they told us that they ordered a part for the car, but it wouldn't arrive until the next day. The next day came and the car wasn't ready. The next day came, but their painting machine broke so I'd have to wait an entire week since they don't work weekends and the paint needs time to rest. They were able to paint my car, but it still needed to

This is the best body shop in town. My BMW was in an accident last week. After the insurance adjuster finished with his estimate, I took the car to Accelerated. They have done body work on both of my cars. The team works very efficiently, and they bend over backwards to do the best job. I am very pleased with the work they performed my BMW. I highly recommend Accelerated for all your body work needs.

I took my car here about a month ago to get the front fixed. I needed a new bumper, a new grill, the whole works. From the moment I came in to get an estimate to the day I picked up my car, I feel very happy with the way they treated me here. It was great customer service overall and that's a big deal for me. Mr. Ray, the owner was very nice. He helped me and took the time on getting me a great price. This place doesn't even deserve a single star! My son's car was under their care almost an entire month. When I finally picked it up, we heard something rumbling underneath. We also noticed a crack in the windshield that wasn't there before. When I mentioned it, the manager wanted to argue with me, instead of trying to resolve. I was fooled by a tow truck driver that recommended this place! The joke is on me-and my son's car still isn't completely done!! Should have went to Chevy dealership like I knew I should've!
