The company was founded in 1971 by Dick Milstead where he offered customers honest, quality collision repair from his 2 car garage. I have to say, I had my doubts about this place when the wrecker who took my car there said is was a good place, but after a few days I can see he wasnt just saying that to get business. From the time that we walked in there after having a bad afternoon being part of a wreck, Mrs. PJ welcomed us in and made sure we were comfortable before explaining how things worked there. She also made sure even though they didn't have a driver there that we made it home safe and sound. After that day she checked up with us to keep us informed of what was going on with our car and to see if she or the Milstead

I am currently without my vehicle still at 25 days after estimate approval. There was no body damage to repair. Only parts replacements. I had to go to the dealer and verify that the parts were available after I was told they were discontinued. Also had to find and order my own wheel after being told they could not find it. I could have had this vehicle back up and running doing the work in my driveway in less than 7 days. And that would only be because I had to wait for parts. Communication has been terrible. I only get information on the process when I call and it seems to be a burden. I don

The tow driver blocked my driveway, complained loudly about how annoying the job would be, then took pictures, sat in his truck on his phone, ignored us when we tried to communicate, and pulled away without saying anything to us. Do not use this company to tow, they will bail on the job without telling you anything. Got a different company to do the job.

Glen was fantastic! He helped me get my mother's suv repaired in an unbelievable amount of time. He took care of everything! The sun had an electrical episode requiring a new battery. Glen got one for me and checked and replaced the fuses, prior to sending me home. I was very pleased with the paint job. Pearl white is not easy! The vehicle looks brand new. Not bad for a 11 year old car. Thank you Glen and Milstead!

I have used Milstead on all my vehicles so when I took it in last week for an estimate i did not expect to have any issues. I called a couple days later for the estimate and was told they would get back to me. 6 phone calls later...still no estimate. I don’t feel like I should chase a business to give them my money. Ended up going elsewhere :(

First off, GLEN was absolutely amazing and a gentlemen! He took us personally to enterprise to ensure we received our rental. His staff make sure to take their time with my vehicle paying extra close attention to detail. Everything was done correctly in a timely manner. Glen and his staff went above and beyond including taking care of 2 minor issues for free. I greatly appreciated it as my car look immaculate when he comopleted and washed my vehicle. Thank you again to everyone at milstead!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Amazing customer service! 15 minutes after picking up, my battery died and I was in a rush to get to work. They immediately brought me a new battery and fixed me up while I went on to work. They even re-parked my truck where I needed it for after. I really felt they went above and beyond to take the stress off of me and get me taken care of.

Milstead Collision was very responsive to my needs and did all my repairs in good time and professionalism. Well worth me driving an hour plus from my home in time.
I am also impressed on the parts used on my truck as being all Ford parts and no second hand parts from a different manufacturer.
