Cosmic Flow Yoga is a seed that was planted 10 years ago. Senior teachers dreamed of a studio where the legacy and technology of Kundalini Yoga could be shared in a safe, neutral and uplifting space where people could find healing, depth, inspiring community and a place for them to become their highest self.
About 10 years ago, a group of Kundalini Yoga teachers decided to open up a studio where the legacy and technology of Kundalini Yoga and Humanology could be shared. We had been teaching Kundalini Yoga in the San Diego area out of our private homes since 1972, and recognized that we needed a commercial space to grow.
Kundalini Yoga is a technology to awaken your awareness and give you an experience of your soul. It is a yoga for householders, for people who cope with the daily challenges and stresses of life. It combines breath work, posture, chanting and meditation to work on the major bodily systems, organs, and structures.
However you may book and purchase a single class at any time. Follow your personal link to take you directly to the live class. These classes will be live so you will not have access until the scheduled meeting time and until the instructor logs on. You must download the Zoom app on your smart phone, computer or tablet in order to participate.
Learn to use the full creative capacity of your mind to manifest what you want in life. Attract a partner, get a promotion, buy a home, do whatever you want Easily and Effortlessly. Can you recall a time when you successfully did what you wanted to do? How did you accomplish it? What if you could repeat that success over and over again?

On Monday December 20 Took (veey first time) Cely Chilazy Barre class . Wow She is fabulousđź–’Am hook She was very detailed, great music, worked every part of my body...Am a runner, Zumba dancer and Yoga Instructor.However, her class was excellent! am going back (bc of her ) to purchase a mo th membership. I love the milieu tio...Gorgeous place However, her class its the best Barre class I have taken in a ling ling time...My body was achi g the nrxt day I will give her a 10+

Go to Cosmic Flow to get your mind blown! Check out all the classes and teachers. You won’t be disappointed or find anything else like it in San Diego. If you want to take it further then ask them about the teacher training. I recently completed it and have watched my life completely transform over the past year. This place is a gem. Go check them out!
