I have seen Paul about 6 weeks and will continue. I've done accupuncture and chiropractic work on and off for years. Just moved here recently and i found my gemstone. He includes cupping which i never understood but ive discovered the pain is well worth it and Paul does it perfectly. Im 61 years old and unfortunately degeneration has kicked in. Paul is educatinge and making sure i have the right products/tools to heal and maintain.

Paul has helped me immensely in only a few treatments. I suffer from a severely frozen shoulder aka adhesive capulitus which is a condition that robs you of almost all range of motion and is rather painful. With a combination of acupuncture and cupping I have seen great improvement in both those areas. Paul not only uses these techniques in treatment but also provides great insight into other things one can incorporate in daily life to improve overall health. I recommend his services to anyone looking to treat something specific or just looking to find balance within their body.

I just recently started seeing Paul at Above and Beyond Acupuncture and the work he does is amazing. I have a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back as well as some anxiety which Paul has addressed in every visit. Every time I leave his office I am more relaxed and feel extremely rejuvenated. This guy really knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him for whatever your needs are!

I came across above & beyond after I was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. I’m 26 and knew nothing about it nor have I ever met anyone that has had it. After doing research I found that acupuncture is one of the best and most effective ways to treat it. It worked better then the medicine I was prescribed( I took steroids and anti virals and saw no change). Early intervention is key to healing faster and I was lucky enough to have done my research and have my first acupuncture treatment a little over a week from my first symptom. Paul was beyond amazing! He gave me tips and tools to use on my own

Paul is a fantastic, knowledgeable and skill professional! I went to see Paul about a 4 month issue I had with plugged ears. I tried all kinds of techniques to open them up but to no avail. Paul set me up with a specific eating plan to reduce my chronic inflammation; suggested I get my blood checked for food sensitivities and to get present with what was going on in my body. The acupuncture treatments helped calm and reset my body. Every week after my treatment I have experienced more days of having clear ears than anything else I've tried including strong medications.
