Unlike when you buy clothing, electronics, or cars, the features of a diamond may not seem quite so obvious to you. We would like to change that.
Buying a gemstone is often a very different experience than buying a diamond. Gemstones are bought based on favorite colors, wardrobe matches, personality, and fashion trends. While gemstones are judged using the 4Cs, just as diamonds are, each is judged separately. For example, a sapphire is compared to another sapphire, but wouldn't be compared to an emerald or aquamarine.

My husband bought my original wedding ring from Continental Diamond 15 years ago, and Jeff and all the folks there helped me to reset my diamond into a new setting and band. They pushed the custom order through and made it all happen before Christmas! There is no other jeweler I would go to! Hands down, Continental is the best quality and service around!

I worked with Andy to acquire a new Breitling watch. Andy responded to my online request within five minutes and provided me with answers to the questions I had. Not only was he very insightful, he also was very good at making conversation (something very important to me when purchasing a large ticket item).

Continental Diamond was my fourth stop while hunting for the perfect engagement ring, and my only regret is that it wasn't my first. Every staff member was genuinely excited to assist with the search and presented such a stress free experience that they've made a customer for life out of me.
Jeff took his time, listened carefully, and delivered something that exceeded all my expectations without making me feel like I was being led towards cutting corners or spending more for something I didn't want or need. They even did the resize turn around amazingly fast - same day.

I strongly recommend getting help from Laurel. She helped my fiancé and I look at rings, and would go above and beyond to make sure we got to see diamonds that fit our criteria. She would even contact us during her time off, and would come in to the store if she wasn’t working. She made the entire process feel very easy and personable!

While traveling in the Caribbean, I had purchased a Phillips Stein watch which has 2 faces, and runs on 2 copper batteries. When I noticed the batteries needed replacement, I called several jewelers to ask if they carried the batteries. I had noticed Continental Diamond had rave reviews every where I looked, so I called them.
My call was forwarded to Jim Goldfarb who specializes in watch repair. It was my lucky day! I have been taking my watch repair to Jim since 2006! He is wonderful to work with. If there a part needed He always calls to explain and advise if there will be a delay or change
