When I started looking for an engagement ring, Infinity Jewelers was recommended to me by several friends. I knew very little about diamonds but, from the moment I walked in, I felt extremely comfortable due to the friendly and helpful nature of the employees. I worked with Tom, who took the time to explain everything I needed to know about diamonds. He also encouraged me to price other jewelers to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I had such a wonderful experience today at Infinity Jewelers. I called them this morning to see if they could repair my platinum engagement ring that I had damaged over the weekend at the pool. My band was bent into more of an oval shape and one of the prongs was badly bent outward so my stone was about to fall out. They were able to repair my ring and actually make it look better than when I first got it. They did all of this in less than two hours and for a very reasonable price. I will be back for future jewelry needs!

Although I'm from D.C. I got my engagement ring from here because I was referred by a friend of a friend and I am extremely satisfied. I was able to send Tom and pic of the ring I wanted with the dimensions of the stone I purchased and he was able to put together a beautiful ring with an extremely reasonable price. The customer service was fantastic as well! The ring needed to be resized and they did it so fast with no problem at all. The ring is beautiful and my lady is very happy. It is definitely worth a 2.5 hour trip.

The best, hands down. Personable, honest service, with a gorgeous selection for anyone. They take their time with you and get to know what you like and need. I came in here a long time ago looking for a claddagh ring for my wife who I was dating at the time. They helped me pick out one that she loved and were very friendly. While I was waiting a customer walked in and had a major issue with a timeline for an engagement ring to be completed. They understood his concern and they went above and beyond to help his guy have his ring rushed in time to propose. They are good people in my book.

Great job! My fiance took the diamond from my Mom's engagement ring and they were able to put it into my Grandmother's antique setting. The setting was very dull and old looking the last time I saw it and they did a great job of really cleaning it up and my Mom's stone looks great in it. I didn't even recognize it when he gave it to me! We will be going back to them to look at wedding rings!

This place is gem. They have tons of selection and if they don't have what you are looking for they will order it for you. And if no one makes what you want, THEY WILL MAKE IT FOR YOU! They are really great people, and the jewelry repair they do is flawless! I took some antigue gold that my in-laws gave me and they gave it the royal treatment. When I got it back, I could not even tell where they did the repairs! And their prices are very, very reasonable. I have taken my piece to a few other jewlers in the neighborhood and everyone gave me inflated prices. These guys took the care to see exactly
