Today was my first time at Byte. From the front desk, Phoebe, Delores & Dr. Acorn I felt welcomed. I loved Dr. Acorn and she didn’t make me feel bad about going to the restroom multiple times while she did my fill ins. I’m very satisfied and she corrected small chips on my front teeth and my smile instantly improved. The office is very nice as well. Thank you guys

From the start I was nervous and very afraid of going to the dentist to get the much-needed work done. The facility was extremely warm and inviting and the customer service was outstanding. New to the Houston area and was just researching every dentist possible, came along this place and WOW. Front desk was being worked by Mary who was very knowledgeable and kind. I received my dental exam by Michael, who was a doll. He made me feel very comfortable even though the dentist is normally my number one trigger for my anxiety. The dentist came in, he was very warm feeling, he seems very genuine about the patients concerns, and was willing to see me on such short notice. I hadn't been to the dentist in forever and I must say this experience was amazing. From walking in to an office taking all precautions due to Covid to an amazing staff that made me feel comfortable. Brenda and Michael did a great job and made the intake process fast and easy.Phoebe has amazing energy and is very knowledgeable with what she does. She did a great job helping me overcome my fears.Dr. Rewari was very amazing and helped me gain an understanding of the treatment needed.

Usually I never complain but I called to make an appointment and ask some questions on dental treatment and Kelly or Kayla not sure the name but it was the front desk seemed to be confused and have no knowledge with what I was asking. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to but there wasn't anyone according to her. I will not be using this office because it seems like they're unprepared.

I've been going to this office since I moved to Houston back in 2018 and have had a positive experience each time I've been! The staff is friendly and the services have been efficient (under an hour for cleanings).
If you're nervous about going to the dentist the folks here make the experience less daunting by letting you watch Netflix and working efficiently during your appointments.
For COVID, they take thorough precautions by only letting in person in the lobby at a time, and checking your temperature at the door. You're also required to fill a few forms regarding COVID

The people here are so friendly and provide a wonderful environment. I appreciate the personal approach that they offer, and I always feel comfortable, welcome, and confident that I am receiving excellent dental care. The dentist even went out of her way to answer my questions and go in to great detail explaining her suggestions for my specific dental issues. I will go nowhere else but to this office for my dental work.

My first time to Floss Dental. The office reception is very clean. Staff are friendly and professional. I like Dr Sanita Rewari, she's friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful to answer your concerns and questions.
They fit my teeth for the whitening guard for free. They will also give you the whitening gel to take home. Excellent promotions for the clients. They can also do it in the office for free. You have a choice.
Their Dental plan is very good and reasonable. I would recommend this office to my friends.
