An Assessment is to determine what your overall needs are and to make recommendations for further prevention, intervention, counseling or treatment services when appropriate. We provide a complete biopsychosocial evaluation that takes into account your unique, personal situation and administer psychological tests, when needed to determine the extent of the problem.
If you have been self-medicating with drugs and/or alcohol because of depression and other mental health issues, you may have a co-occurring disorder. The problem may seem insurmountable to overcome. Worst place ever!!!!! My boyfriend went for an evaluation for his child custody, we’ve been together 8 months and he drinks MAYBE two beers a month. Dr. Tim diagnosed him as being an alcoholic saying he needs outpatient for one year!!!!!! Our minds were blown. They had to of mixed up his questions with someone else’s. When we called to ask what happened Dr Tim LAUGHED at him and said the 2 beers he drinks a month are more than the average American. WHAT?!?! This place is a scam!!!!!!!!

If I could give a zero I would, do yourself a favor and find a better agency, this place is a joke and they don’t do their homework, or take their jobs serious. They pencil whip their assessments with out care of the outcomes. Oh and not to mention the hidden fees they will doing on you after you already pay and do an assessment!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Stay away from this place at all cost! I wanted a simple evaluation.. that turned into a nightmare. They kept trying to force me into things I did not ask for at all trying to milk me for my money! After faxing and bringing in a copy of my insurance. I was charged $100 cash for an evaluation and UA. It is a $20 co-pay through my insurance. Later... much, much later I get several calls asking me if I want them to continue working on me evaluation that I had already stated that I did not want them to do. I emailed and called the "biller" and stated I wanted my case closed because

I highly endorse the Follman Agency. I've had many clients with domestic violence, alcohol/drug abuse, gambling and anger management issues who were extremely pleased with the high level of care from the Follman Agency.
