Flowers were really beautiful, but super expensive! I spent 380 dollars on 6 vases of dif 💐 they chose.
They did do it last minute for me so thts y im giving them 34 🌟 s. If i had the time to shop im sure i clda found some place cheaper. Dont hve a real big variety of flowers either. Its a small shop.

We ordered an arrangement for a funeral the following day. Not only were the flowers delivered on time, but the arrangement was really beautiful. The flowers were very fresh. It truly looked better than the photo on their website. Very, very satisfied with the whole experience. We have actually purchased flowers from them many times over the years, and have always been happy.

What your Website pictures show and what you get are pretty different.
It's Extremely misleading
The picture represented alot of flowers..what I got was mabye a third of what the picture showed and ALOT of leafs
Too top it off. Two days later the vase stained extremely expensive dinning table
I'm so upset. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. Grocery stores can do better than this place

I have had the pleasure of someone buying me flowers through this company two years in a row for Valentine's Day .
Last year they died within three days. I didn't say anything. Again this year they were delivered on Sunday and the roses died by Tuesday night. The arraignment was done by Thursday. I have had 4$ Trader Joe's flowers last two weeks. The amount this man paid is exponentially more. Not happy. Called the company and no response. Will bring the flowers in tomorrow. I get it they are flowers but I can't even get a week out of them ? Maybe I'm wrong.

Impressive. Outstanding Service Above and Beyond. Our firm sent flowers to a client who had recently lost her mother. Upon delivery, Karen at Phoenix Flower Shops learned that the client was not home. They didn't want to leave the flowers in the heat and called me to get the client's home number. Once they reached the client, they learned that the client was out of town for 2 weeks. This was the impressive part...they told the client who sent the flowers and that they would send a new arrangement once she returned home. They left a door tag as a reminder. First off let me begin by stating I appreciate the availability and delivery option on the day of as that was very cool. However I was a bit displeased with the flowers that were delivered. The condition was close to being wilted completely. I'm not a complainer but this one hurt due to the almost $90 cost...

We sent my daughter flowers for her birthday. When they arrived they were gorgeous! Her boyfriend also sent her flowers from Acacia flower shops, they were equally gorgeous! As the days went on her lilies from the boyfriend started to bloom and blossom our lilies were blooming a little bit but the roses were dying. By the end of the week they were… dead I have pictures and it was the same environment, both were lilies and roses but we still have his bouquet on the counter and the one we sent is long gone in the trash. It's a shame because they were beautiful, and they cost a small fortune

Only good thing about my experience with them was the quick turn around time in getting my arrangement to the intened event. OVERLY priced (arrangement picture attached). Ridiculous delivery fee. Definitely feel taken advantage of due to my geographical distance. I live in CA where everything is expensive. This is definitely worse than CA. I will definitely shop around next time before ordering.

I been buying flowers for a long time by and never have a complaint, all deliveries go to Colombia where my family lives and every time the flowers was on tine beautiful and fresh and decided to send here in EE UU for the first time to celebrate Valentine and my wife birthday but they can't deliver here in Phoenix and suggested… this website telling me is a "sister" company. They promise me to get the flowers on the 14th and never happened telling me is a holiday and the shops are close so I wait on the 15th, 16th, 17th and finally I got it on the 18th.. The excuse was all those days was

I wanted to write note to tell you how beautiful the flowers we ordered for our neighbor's funeral were. We were so pleased and the family was thrilled with them.
The arrangement looked just like online - bright, fresh, vivid and so appropriate. The flowers were so beautiful that they were placed in the front of the church where the minister delivered the service in North Scottsdale.

Penny and the team at Union Hills & 19th Ave were absolutely amazing with our wedding flowers last month. I went in with pictures of the look I was going for and the end result exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and easy to work with and the value for the price can’t be beat! I’m a customer for life.

I love coming to this place on Fridays when they have their 50% off loose stems. Friendly staff!
I only wish they were open just a little later so I'm not rushing after work. The downside is in Friday's, they are always out of my favorite flower, the Cala Lily. I'm going to just try in the morning before work in hopes of finding them.
