E3 Counseling Services
At E3 Counseling Services, we believe there is power found in encouragement, enrichment, and empowerment. We currently see children age 3+, adolescents, individual adults, and couples and families. We enjoy working with people of all ages and demographics. Because of how easily our counselors are able to establish a strong connection with clients of all ages, we also work well as family counselors.

We are so happy to be established in our hometown of Troy, MO, and now have an office in Lake St. Louis as well. All of our staff genuinely loves people, and has experience with a wide range of challenging circumstances. We have counselors who work with trauma, addiction, kids, moms and moms-to-be, and several of our counselors have special certifications to work with other issues as well.
Services
E3 Counseling Services was launched in 2018 by Tricia Pyatt, LPC, a Troy, Missouri native. We have since grown and added another counselor, Alex Hass, PLPC who is excited to also be in her hometown of Troy. We have also expanded and opened a second office, which is in Lake St. Louis, where we currently have three counselors on staff - Dez Rogers, Rachelle Weger, and Kristin Bemis.
Family therapy can be a critical component of bringing families closer together. These sessions may involve all members of a family, or just a few at a time. Sessions are used to improve communication skills and work through any issues that are affecting the family as a whole. Being with someone you care about can be meaningful and comfortable, but can also be extremely difficult and challenging at times.
Hi, my name is Tricia Pyatt, and I was born and raised in Troy, MO! I graduated from Troy Buchanan High School in 1998, and shortly after, I got married and we started a family. I have always known I wanted to help people in some way, but after experiencing infertility and several pregnancy losses, I recognized my calling to become a counselor.
Hi, my name is Alex Hass. I grew up in Troy, MO and graduated from Troy Buchanan High School in 2014. After graduating, I got a degree from Missouri State University in Psychology and Gerontology. After seeing the need for mental health services in Missouri communities, I decided to pursue my Master's in Mental Health Counseling.
Maya Angelou said it best: "When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed." When I recognized that I was feeling a drive and desire to help others, I knew I had to act on it. I knew early on in life that I was put on this earth to help others - and when I say "others", I mean anyone I was meant to cross paths with.

Tricia is a very caring, attentive, and down to earth counselor. She helped hold my husband and I accountable for progressing our communication. We enjoyed that she uses many types of tools for reference (YouTube clips, books, reflective listening, roll reversal, handouts) she understands how to "marry" the male and female minds and the emotional needs of her clients.
Her waiting area and office are warm and inviting. She has the best comfy couch with throw pillows and blankets. And even provides a client note pad and pen in case you want to write something down.
Tricia is prompt and courteous

Iv had the privilege of watching this private practice grow from a distance. Having known Tricia as she started her venture, it was quickly understood that she was deeply invested in her community. She provides experience and compassion which really shows!
The Troy area can be rest assured that when someone is looking for mental health counseling, E3 is the place to be.
Coming from a fellow therapist, I can vouch for this practice!

Tricia has been nothing short of amazing! Our family came to her in search of services for one of our children who had been through a traumatic event. When something like this happens, itโ€™s hard enough to process the event itself let alone organize continued care.
Tricia has been phenomenal to work with from scheduling to providing services-She has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. Without hesitation she is my go to referral and personal provider now as well. We are very grateful to have her close to us.

Tricia is very nice and polite, I think she knows her stuff....however making appointments is very difficult...had to cancel an appointment and was still new to her tried for over 3 week time frame, I never got a reply back from her or an appointment. She never even told me why she refused to set a new appointment for me. Very poor customer service on that.Finding counselors that do take insurance is very hard and most are booked out pretty far out...so here I sit again, will not be able to see a different therapist till the end of January. ๐Ÿ˜ž

I love Tricia! She is the best counselor I have ever worked with. She is really good with working around your schedule. There have been times I needed to see her right away and she got me in almost immediately. She also sees my son, who absolutely loves her as well!

Tricia is an amazing counselor! She is sympathetic, easy to talk too, and makes you feel comfortable talking to her. She has been walking me through a very difficult divorce, and gives not only great advice, but practical tools to put into place. She is flexible with scheduling and easy to get ahold of if needed. I have worked with other counselors in the past, and Tricia is by far the best. Love her and she is now who I recommend to anyone I know in need of counseling.
