Services
Purchasing a day pass or week pass gives you access to unlimited classes for whatever day you decide to train. We try our best to accommodate visitors if they do not have gear with them but loaner gear is limited. We do not have GI color requirements for visitors, we just require a clean GI for classes.

I was able to keep training on a week of vacation. Next Element Academy welcomed me in for the week while being humble, experienced, and competitive. The building was very easy to find, very clean and a professional atmosphere. Thanks again to Derrick for making me feel welcome and handing out butt whoopins:) Hope to visit again in the future. Highly recommend!

My son started taking Jiu Jitsu lessons about 7 months ago. He has progressed so much. Derrick and Megan do such a great job of running the academy. The academy and the mats are always clean. Derrick and his staff are very patient and spend time with each kid. It is like a big family. Everyone is helping each other out to learn and move forward. Everyone is so nice and it's always a positive atmosphere. I have nothing but great things to say. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and I myself started taking private lessons.

Can't say enough good things about this gym!! The amount of time and effort the coaches and staff put into their students is incredible but what's even better is the consistency and commitment they have to ensuring their growth and leveling up their knowledge.
Not to mention, the atmosphere at The Next Element Academy is unmatched, all walks of life are welcomed and there is truly a place for everyone no matter what stage of life you're in. Finding a gym is easy, but finding a clean gym you can trust and be and feel 100% yourself is priceless.

I have struggled to find an activity for my 6-year old to do. He is very critical of himself and wants to quit everything as soon as he makes a mistake. Derrick has been very patient, yet firm, with him and has been able to get through to him. My 8-year old came to watch and immediately decided he wanted to do jujitsu as well. They both love it and I love that they are learning respect, discipline and self defense. The other kids are extremely welcoming and kind. Overall the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. I’m so glad we found this space! I’m going to start the conditioning classes soon

The owners genuinely care about every single student they have and you'll feel the sincerity as soon as you walk in to talk to Derrick or Meghan. Not only do you get to join an amazing family but you also get the luxury of being taught by some of the best in the world. That's not even it, the icing on the cake is the overall cleanliness and professionalism of this gym. I'm just getting started in the martial arts world and I couldn't think of a better place to be. When I first stepped in the academy I was a little nervous, but as soon as I met Derrick and Megan and the other guys and girls training they all welcomed me with open arms and were the nicest people ever and were very supportive. I immediately felt at home. Even the gym dog Rocky came and greeted me haha. I have the utmost respect for Derrick, the other instructors and fellow students. I truly appreciate being a part of this great family!
