We have brought our pets to Dr Smiley for 20 years. He is kind and caring and his love of animals is so obvious. He has cared for our pets through all their life stages and has always been there for us. Now his family is working with him and they are all the same. Horrible experience! Shame on them! My dog needed emergency surgery by an injection that got infected after her visit there. They refused to admit that it was their fault. The emergency vet said there was no other reason why it could have happened. Allergic reaction to the shot is highly unlikely but it happens. There were no scratches on her! No bug bites! They made excuses. Also if you want to be physically touched in the parking lot over 62 dollars then sure by all means go there. I can’t believe the lack of compassion. They would have made her wait until the morning for surgery also! After

I brought my pup in for a wellness check and saw Dr. Jake Smiley. He gave my pup an excellent and thorough examination. I was especially impressed with his thorough, gental and compassionate manner towards my pup and me. I had many questions to ask and to a vet they may have seemed mundane and senseless, but Dr. Smiley answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. He treated me with respect and did not hesitate to make sure he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He offered good advice to implement in regard to my concerns. I am extremely satisfied with my treatment as well
