These are the seasonal rentals we currently have in our program. We rent our homes by the month only. Currently your rental must include the month of January, or January must be rented for us to release the Feb or Mar month. The available properties have pricing which includes rent, tax and the use of a golf cart on the premises (only if owner provides one).

I have used JD&V Property Management for the past seven years to manage 2 properties I own in The Villages. I have found them to be extremely competent, reliable and courteous. I especially like the professional monthly reports that I receive without fail. I would recommend them highly to anyone who has investment property in The Villages.

JD&V agents were not truthful regarding upfront fees for listing my home as a rental. I found them to be unresponsive to my needs, and unskilled in today's marketing strategies. I paid their upfront fees, but had immediate concerns after 6 days and asked for a refund. They are keeping over 50% of the fee for doing absolutely nothing for me. I do NOT RECOMMEND this company.

This company does not care for customers at all. The get you into a rental, they are very nice, and then afterwards they don't respond in a speedy manner for repairs, citing the cheapness of the landlord. I went 5 days without a master toilet and had to hire and meet a handyman myself because they don't do repairs over weekend. Then they charged me for something I did't break. In addition, they want you to clean the carpets and pay a cleaning fee, all other companies clean it themselves if you leave it broom clean. Very very poorly run company with no heart whatsoever.

We used them to rent out our home in The Villages. From the start they were completely unorganized and had poor communications. We had to fax forms and applications (3 times as they said they never got them) we live out of town. The forms we filled out with information, including if and who we had a home warranty in case there was an issue etc.
At the end of the lease period we go by to pick up a statement and SURPRISE they replaced our Garbage Disposal for $155.93 without a phone call to us (agreement said they would contact us for anything over $100) nor a call to the our home warranty company

Rented a place this past winter (2018) for a little over 9 weeks (2049 Hartford Path)and I can say that this property management company was not concerned for our comfort at all, microwave was broke, stove was broke, only 3- burners working, and grass was only cut once, (weeds high, nothing done for bug control,I bought) the screen on the laLanai was ripped so bugs could come in, and it was dirty, I bought tape and fixed it, ( I had to clean all day first day) plus every rooms carpet was dirty...
