Very frustrated & disappointed w/ this realty company. I booked a rental properly they represent online and completed payment. I received multiple e-mails confirming the reservation along with reminders that payment was due. When I called to determine why they did not have the payment, they informed me THEY CANCELLED the payment / reservation, because the listed price for the rental was incorrect. They could not explain why I had not been notified and refused to honor the advertised price and confirmed reservation. Clearly an unscrupulous bait & switch tactic. NOT RECOMMENDED

We rented a home in February of 2019 and two homes in 2020. One home in January and the second home in February. The staff is very helpful and prompt at correcting an problem that comes up. Would have rented again in 2021 if not for Covid 19. We feel safer staying at home.

Having White Pelican Home Services as a rental property manager for our home in The Villages has been a wonderful experience. In July of 2019 following the purchase of our home we decided to sign with White Pelican to manage our property following a successful experience as renters the previous 2 years. A part of the agreement to rent out our house was watching our home while we were away. Unfortunately lightning struck close by at the beginning of July, 2020. Our house suffered a strong electrical surge which caused a gas leak and fried other equipment including the sprinkler timer, garage door

Twice we have stayed at a property in The Villages managed by White Pelican. Each time the house was very clean when we arrived and I have absolutely no complaints! The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the very nice supply of towels, especially since there was 6 of us. There was a toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker and enough kitchen pans/utensils to make a simple meal for the times we wanted to eat in. The laundry supplies being provided was also awesome as I don’t have the mound of laundry to face when getting home! It was a great place for our family + my parents to stay while visiting
