I am an "out of state investor" and real estate broker in another state, with fairly high standards for agents and property managers. I have had multiple calls and emails with 3 different members of the Resolute team as we look for rental properties to purchase, and have been very impressed with their expertise. In the current seller's market there is very low inventory, but if we do end up buying in the Ocala area they are definitely my top choice to work with! If you are looking for a firm that understands investors needs and is a NARPM(.org) member, I highly recommend Resolute Property Management

RPM has been just absolutely wonderful. My mother and I have been searching for an apartment for longer than I care to admit. After stumbling upon RPM, our search kicked into high gear and before long we chose our apartment in the development that we desired without any issue. Honestly, we just signed our lease today and haven’t moved in yet but just from how the staff has been so far let’s me know that we’ve made the best decision by choosing RPM. My first impression was great, I heard back from the team immediately the entire time they were getting me into my home. However, I’ve had a few issues with the newly built home and Resolute has been more than taking their time getting back with me.
They make you pay $25 a month for an app called ‘Property Meld’ where you can make a maintenance request. Every request I’ve made was ignored until I made a big deal about it or they tell me “Well the house is under warranty with the builders. It’s our job to schedule them” and then never call the builders. Why am I paying $25 a month

I cannot express how much we are in love with this company. From the moment we filled out the application to the after we moved in, they were amazing!!! The procedure they have is very professional and thorough and it allows the process to go as smooth as possible! My family is very very happy in our new home and something as simple as moving into a new home could be mundane for some but for us this has changed our lives in such a good way!!! After owning and renting out a single-family home in Ocala for many years, we made the decision to refurbish and sell it after the last tenant wanted to move out. There were many concerns: we live out of state, the significant repairs that were needed, not knowing local contractors, wanting to resolve issues quickly, and etc. After a thorough inspection by RPM's Drew, I met with him to review finding and make decisions. Every detail was discussed/options considered and decisions made. Repairs were made in record time. The house looks brand new. Many thanks to RPM's Drew and his crew. I couldn't

We've been working with Resolute Property Management for about a year now, they have been outstanding so far. Our property manager Lisa is great! The overall team is very responsive, courteous, and attentive. I work with multiple people at the company besides Lisa, and they are all pleasure to work with. They care about their clients, always act in their best interest. Whenever there is an issue, I am contacted in a timely manner, provided with ample information and suggestions. Lisa was amazing to work with. Resolute came to me at a time when I truly felt as though I wouldn’t find anything in Ocala and with the rental market going so quick I was just devastated time and time again. They were a charm to work with, so professional and courteous and it shows. I had just awful experiences with other companies and was genuinely worried, but what a blessing to work with resolute. I truly lucked out and love my new home!

Over the years we have dealt with a number of property managers in Ocala. I have to say, Resolute Property Management is hands down the most professional, organized, productive, and just amazing one. We started working with Mona and as we became more accustomed to their incredible system, we worked with another manager as well. The system they use is an ideal tool between us as the contractor, the tenant, and the property manager. It allows us to have top notch communication with one another. They give their property owners a sense of relief to know that they are really managing their property

This rental company did not respond to our many attempts to view a couple of their rentals over a 4 week period. I would not recommend this company to any property owners or real estate company seeking management for their properties.
We had to get a third party involved just to view a property (finally after 4 weeks). Sorry we ever did. What a horrific experience trying to work with this company and Chad the owner. My husband starts his management job for the government next week and we wasted a 6 hour drive dealing with resolute and their sophomoric shenanigans
