We are purchasing a home in Cape Coral and needed an inspection on a For Sale By Owner house we made an offer on. We signed a sales agreement and had 7 days to complete the inspection. I called Coastal Home inspectors based on their high review rating. I talked with Rob the owner and told him my time crunch. Highly recommend. Rob and Brad were an excellent team on the house inspection. They gave us the courtesy of meeting us after the inspection & giving us a rundown of the issues they found as well as their opinions on whether any were significant enough for us to be concerned with. Rob called me after to clarify a point we discussed to ensure there was no confusion even before sending us the written report. Rob also said the contractors could contact him when making repairs if there were any questions. We’ll use Coastal inspection again and would recommend them to others.
