I have lived at crestview for 7 years and never had a manager good as the manager i have now. Her name is Mrs. Carla. She also has a very nice staff. She is always on top of what ever is needed in our apartments and around our apartments. Shes so caring. I wouldnt trade her for anyone. Good Good Manager.

1st of all this place needs to be ran by more staff this place is understaffed...the lady's at the leasing office are rude arragant and careless ...860 $$ monthly is not worth living here just so they they can ignore you ...I feel dispointed...not mad angry 😠😠I've gone to the leasing office to complain about my appartment and what needs to be repaired ..just so that nothing gets done ...3months the Air conditioner broke down water leaks into the carpet the doors to the closets are breaking down ...the lights need to be replaced and the stove dose not work ..my children are not home with me

Dumpy sh!thole 💩, but what would you expect with the kind of so called “people?” they have living there. Garbage everywhere & the whole complex looks like a third world country infested with illegals. Definitely NOT a safe place, crime is rampant. Criminal element & thugs. Pray you don’t get lost & end up in this garbage dump. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE & PROPERTY!!!!

Don't move here unless you have no value on your life. The news of gunfights, shootings, burglaries, and drug arrests is common at this place. Check out the crime stats for this location. Oh, and it is another refugee dump apartment building. Looks ugly, full of crime, and nothing out in Immokalee but agricultural jobs.
