We had the pleasure of providing DJ Entertainment for this community and can't say enough about how wonderful the residents are! The Pool Deck and surrounding Clubhouse are immaculate! Beautifully decorated and lots of amenities for the guests and residents. We highly recommend Sanibel Straits for anybody that is looking for not just an apartment, but a HOME!

This place is the ultimate location for living. Not only do they have the most BEAUTIFUL pool area where you can relax in the cabanas; but the staff Brandon and Jamie are truly something else. They bring life, fun, and love to the community. They have both made my living at Sanibel Straits the best that I have ever experienced in Florida! Wills always recommend these amazing people and apartments! I would give a 100 stars if I was able too!

I moved to the Fort Myers area having never visited before and while searching for an apartment (and being during a pandemic) Sanibel Straits was always at the top of my list. I was able to get a personal virtual tour before signing a lease they are always open to answering any questions and any support that you need to get things fix gets done very quickly. The complex is so nice and tropical it’s like living at an all inclusive resort!!! I have absolutely LOVED living here and, it’s a very short 8 minute drive to Fort Myers beach! Also, I really enjoy all the fun activities the staff puts

My little family and I LOVE living here. We’ve lived in a lot of places and this is by far the best apartment community we’ve ever resided at. Not only are the apartments absolutely beautiful and everything is brand new and in perfect working order, but our 2 bed/2 bath is plenty spacious and cozy to accommodate my fiancé, my 2 year old son and myself. The noise control is also amazing, you don’t hear anything or any surrounding neighbors when you’re indoors. What really makes Sanibel Straits standout from the rest, is their remarkable staff. They are very friendly and on top of everything
