You must visit this community, drive around, talk to the residents and you'll see what a top-notch living environment all around. Judy, Marty and the Maintenance team are real pros who care, they aim to make your stay a superb experience. If I could rate this great community a 6 I would, I miss it already after relocating. There's absolutely no better place to live in all of Estero and sorrounding towns.

Living at Courtyards at Estero is great! My apartment is spacious and very livable. I especially love that all apartments have their own front entrance on the ground level with no outside stairwells. The grounds are beautiful and it feels like I am residing in a small neighborhood. Judy and Marti are very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Any concerns or maintenance issues are dealt with immediately and in an excellent manner.
