Disappointed after spending time and energy looking for a home health agency to pick up the needed slack that my moms other agency was un able to fill.
I was hoping Guardian would be able to help out.
It has been 2 months now and still the owner Yogesh has not come in to do a home assessment.
And meet my mother, after emailing my mother routine, and if he had a scheduler, and an after hours contact #.
He responded with an email in regards to since I cannot meet your demands please find another agency.
I was stunned and shocked at his attitude.
Don't fall for a standard form being emailed
I was hoping Guardian would be able to help out.

Growing up my dad was always a strong man, he never asked for help and was full of pride when talking about his service to his country. As he’s gotten older, the level of care he needs has increased, its wonderful having a caregiver like Trevor, from Guardian health services who appreciates his service and treats him like the strong and prideful man he is while addressing his medical needs.

My experience at Guardian Home Care has been positive in every way. I was treated with great respect, and have been given the best of care. I have no complaints about any phase of my experience here. The therapists have given me confidence in meeting the goals set for me. The nurses and their aids were exceptional in their care.
