Called on a Sunday they were closed but the owner texted me about what I needed and answered all of my questions. I needed 2 pieces appraised for insurance purposes. So I received an AMAZING and super OUTSTANDING service without even spending a dime at ESSEX FINE JEWELRY earlier this week and I’m still amazed.. I first went to sell my some jewelry and ended not doing so but wanted my late husband’s gold and diamond ring fitted to my size so I can wear it as it would mean so much to me.. But to my surprise, after getting my correct size, I was told it would be ready for pick up the next day FREE OF CHARGE! I honestly thought I was being prank..
