Excellent customer service all around! The offices are clean, spacious and well-decorated. This is not your old school smelly ortho office!
Miriam was super sweet and very friendly! Dr E (the son) was extra kind and informative. He made me feel comfortable & cared about my story and why I was inquiring about Invisalign. After a short consult of looking at my teeth, taking X-rays and a 3-D scan of my mouth, I was out of my first appointment within 45 minutes. The Saratoga office has an odd parking lot that was hard to find at first, but there is a ton of parking available.

This is a tough review to post. I came here for a couple years and it’s much better than I expected. I saw amazing results and Dr. Ellenikiotis is incredibly nice and you can see his passion very clearly. However, I didn’t give 5 stars because there was this one time where an unbelievably rude person was working on my teeth. They were so rude that you can tell their day must’ve been absolutely horrible. This person acted this way to their coworkers and to me. I have bad anxiety and my heart started beating so fast when they began their “rant.” Anyways this place is good, overall very

I originally had braces 14 years ago, but after not wearing my retainers for way too long, my teeth had shifted (make sure to wear your retainers!). I made an appointment to meet Dr. E about 11 months ago. He was incredibly personable, polite, and very helpful in his explanations of a treatment plan.
I started treatment in February, and in just 10 months with Dr. E, my teeth are completely aligned and look amazing.
I'm so glad I decided to see Dr. E and his staff - they are all wonderful and I couldn't be happier with my results.

I absolutely adore Dr. Ellenikiotis! I already have a transformed smile after 5 months of treatment. The staff is so incredibly friendly, the office is gorgeous, the doctors are so patient and spend so much time informing each patient of the exact plan so I felt so comfortable getting back into braces as an adult. Highly recommend!!
