On time, review of my personal information and signed up to continue my VIP account I get discounts on frames and glasses plus annual eye exam.. Got right in to get my eyes examined using modern picture equipment. Doctor went over pictures and explained no danger signs. Evaluation of my eye sigh for glasses and glaucoma. Every one was friendly and helpful. We all wore masks.

My family has been seeing Dr. Pitt for almost 8 years and I can't imagine seeing another eye Dr. He's the absolute Best. I had to been seen yesterday for an emergency and from the time I called to see if they had any openings till the time I left my whole experience was Amazing.

I'm almost 53 and have never had an eye exam. I have Behcet's Syndrome and recently started having eye involvement, inflamation and blurry vision that comes from an immune disorder. Had no idea were to start and was very apprehensive. I prayed for God to lead me to the place perfect for my needs...and here I am at Oklahoma City Vision. Don't go here, ultimately they just try to convince you to buy their tacky overpriced glasses. Additionally they'll automatically schedule your next appointment, then they give no option to cancel said appointment via text or online - they'll force you to call. And when they charge you the cancellation / no show fee - conveniently they give you the option to pay online. How neat is that! Save your money - go somewhere that doesn't use sketchy practices to get every last dollar out of you.

Everyone was very polite and professional. Best eye exam I ever received l. I highly recommend Dr Trent Pitt and his staff for your next eye exam and /or glasses and contact needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for almost 20 years. He is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and explains things in easy to understand language. And he is so funny! The staff is very friendly and helpful. While there is a sales department that encourages you to purchase from them, they are not pushy and if you ask for your prescription, they gladly give it to you. The past two years I have purchased my lenses from them and the service has been great. Ready when they say they will be and excellent service. Two thumbs up!

Eye Doctors should not force you to buy their product in order to get a prescription

I never write reviews, but my service was above and beyond and deserves recognition. Best experience I have had as a healthcare patient/customer in a long time. My baby scratched my cornea with her fingernail and I was in a lot of pain. Every member of the staff I dealt with including the person who took my initial phone call to make my appointment, the receptionist, the nurse, Dr. Phillips, and the billing lady were all very polite, kind, helpful, and extremely competent. I moved to OKC 25 years ago and this has been my go to place. It used to be Dr. forester (Forester Vision) but now I see Dr. Phillips. I have gone to other businesses for safety glasses and noticed the difference in quality immediately; the clarity just wasn't there. If you are looking for the cheapest optometrist in town go elsewhere. If you are looking for the best possible vision and willing to pay a little more for it, go here. I am so sorry I ever came here. I brought my 10-year-old daughter here and have regretted it ever since. I am embarrassed about the reason I chose to make a change to this place to begin with, but in the interest of full disclosure, I will share that it was because my daughter said she wanted Gucci frames and this was the only place in the OKC area that clearly featured them as an available option according to my online research at that time. (Ironic, as she ended up with contacts instead of glasses, but oh well.)

I can not begin to say enough good things about Okc Vision Source. I have finally found an Optomitrist for life.
I have worn glasses for more years than I can remember. About 5 years ago my partner talked me into trying contacts. The only problem is I have really bad allergies. After about 8 months of being miserable trying to wear them, I gave up and switched back to glasses. The Optometrist I was seeing basically said some people can wear contacts and some cant, you cant.

Called around noon for an appointment for myself and my son, in the hopes of getting a same day appointment. To my surprise, they had openings available and worked with my schedule to accomodate.

Dr forrestor is super personable he will talk to you about your kids or vacations coming up. He makes it a point to get to know you as a person rather than just another number.

The frame selection they have are a bit on the pricy side. What I typically do, is get my prescription and get my glasses elsewhere to save money.

I'm happy with the service. I waited a bit longer than planned for having arrived 10 min early and completing the three forms requested. The waiting room was also a bit loud from clients discussing lense and frame options in the open area adjacent to the lobby. I am new to Oklahoma City and needed my annual eye exam. I Googled optometrists and chose Oklahoma Vision Source because of location and generally good reviews.

The eye exam and ordering new glasses and frames went well. After that it went down hill quickly. About 8 days after ordering my glasses I received a call to tell me that my glasses had come in but they were sent back to the lab because there were errors on the lenses. Dr. Joe Phillips has been my eye doctor since he first started in the profession. He is very thorough, professional and yet personal and caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

This clinic is a benchmark of quality.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the optometrist to the optician were phenomenal. They use the latest technology for eye evaluation (i.e. no dilation) and are highly skilled at what they do.

- They got my in to my appointment 10 minutes early.
- Dr Phillips has a great personality and is fun to chat with (as is the rest of the staff).
- They embrace newer technologies when checking out your eyes (yay for no dilatation!). I'm not sure why other reviews are complaining about a $30 charge for the optomap retinal exam service...its absolutely worth it not having to get your eyes dilated and then have to deal with that for a few hours. My wife had eye surgery and was liking t get new glasses and contacts. Dr Pitt was do thorough! No one had ever tried that hard to get her the right contacts!
