My eye had been bothering me for about a week. I thought it was a stye and tried home remedies to cure it. After no relief and constant pain I searched for an Optometrist that was open on Saturday. I discovered Jones Eyecare was open until 3:00 and they took walk ins. I arrived shortly after 1:00, and although they were booked with appointments they agreed to get me in when they could. They are also good with children, I brought my 10 yr old there and they was great with him.

I went in this morning as a walk-in. I was seen right after the first 2 appointments and was out of there in no time. Dr. Jones is very good at his job. I was recommended to do the eye imaging instead of the dialysis and I was happy with that decision. I highly recommend going here.

Ed & Julie Jones, and their staff are top notch! I am an older gentleman with some medical concerns, especially with the present state of COVID. They, along with their staff of trained professionals, made me feel very safe and valued, as well as being extremely caring, and efficient.
NEVER have I been made to feel (like I have at other places) that I'm an "inconvenience"! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ed Jones, his wife Julie Jones, and their amazing team as a competent, caring, & professional answer to any eye problem/concern you may have!

I went in for an exam. Then I bought glasses just to find out the prescription was too weak. Now I’m having to waste my time on my day off to get re-examined and get my glasses remade. I will not return here . Overall horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
He also still wrote me the wrong prescription a second time. I will have to visit another doctor and get my glasses remade a third time. So I advise everyone not to use this place. I had an appointment for myself and my daughter, from the moment we walked in the door everyone was friendly, helpful, professional and informative. I have been to the same optometrist my whole life but I'm happy to say that I found a new one. 🤓

I only had one day to take off work for my appointment and after finding out my insurance wasn't taken at the original place I went, I tried these guys. They were fast, courteous and helpful. They allowed me as a walk-in with no appointment, which is pretty awesome in an eye care place. Their prices are also much better than pretty much everywhere else I have looked and been. They are a small office, but their staff makes up for it.

Dr. Julie Jones is absolutely fantastic! Explained everything I asked with great detail, even clear up some eye myths and Old Wife’s Tales I’ve always heard. Very thorough in her exam while explaining why she’s looking and what for. Even her staff up front was very nice and helpful. Great place!
