Our driver came promptly to pick us up for a ride to JFK, in fact he was waiting out front for us when we came down to be ready. He was friendly, courteous, helpful with our bags, kept us informed about the traffic conditions, and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The car was a newish SUV with plenty of room for us and our bags, very clean and well kept up. We cannot recommend this service highly enough and would definitely use them again. Not cheap, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for.

My friends and I planned a girls' getaway to New York City, and we booked WiroLimo to and from JFK, plus a trip to the Botanical Gardens in The Bronx. Our drivers were Luis, Nicolas and Maria Elena, and they were all personable and very professional. They texted me in advance of our appointment to confirm our reservation. They show up early! So impressed. At JFK we scheduled a meet and greet, and Nicolas texted me while I was still on the plane, on the tarmac, to inform me which baggage turnstyle would have my bags. He handled all our bags, loaded and unloaded them.

I used Wiro Limo twice during my NYC trip. My first driver, William, picked me up at Newark Airport. I gotta say, I never felt like first class anywhere, but Wiro Limo and their drivers made me feel like I was a first class passenger. Communication was great and the drivers were always on time to the dot.
The second time I used Wiro Limo was a round trip to Citi Field for BTS's world tour concert and my driver Nicholas was simply incredible. He was on time to pick up and drop me off at the venue, but what really stood out with his service was when I was ready to be picked up when the concert

I really enjoyed the quick booking process online, but the actual pick up at JFK was awful. My boss, the CEO of our company, ended up waiting in line and taking a cab. The driver, Luis, texted at 9:41 PM that he was "ready for your appointment..." My boss replied and said that he is in customs and should be out in 15 minutes. Once outside, he called Luis 5 times, but the phone line was busy and sent 3 additional text messages. He did not receive a single response.

Today was my first experience with Wiro and this is the only car service I'll be using in NYC from now on. William went above and beyond for me. He texted the day before my appointment to confirm personally, tracked my flight and arrived 30 minutes early because he saw we were landing early, greeted me right at the terminal and was so pleasant on the ride in to the city. Seriously, 5 Star all the way.
Update: I used Wiro again as I was leaving the city and my driver Gerson was amazing. Arrived early, great conversation, and incredible service. It was the perfect way to end my trip.

DONT USE THIS SERVICE. This company is a scam. I requested a limo on their website and never received a confirmation for the booking. They never got back to me so I went with another company. On the day of the pick-up however I received a receipt in my email and my card was charged. I've still been unable to get in contact with this company. They don't answer their phones, messages, emails or inquiries through their website.

I take back my great review of this company and won't ever use them again. Place has gone downhill. Today our driver caused us to miss our flight because he did not check traffic. He admitted he "thought it would be ok". He took us through a major construction zone. I contacted the company and they will do nothing to rectify this and tried to blame us. Apparently it's acceptable for their drivers to not check traffic or use a GPS with traffic. Terribly unreliable.
As a side note, as stated in my previous review, we usually have a clean car/SUV but that was not the case today

No idea why there is a review saying they are out of business, as I've made two trips to NYC and used them since it went up. It's just flat false and I don't understand why Yelp won't pull it or let me flag it. Anyway...
I have used WiroLimo several times now for trips to NYC. The cars are always clean, the drivers usually offer you some bottled water, and rides are smooth. I booked Wirolimo based on the ratings right here on Yelp. I received an email confirmation, and also called to confirm right before my flight. However, even after this, they did not show up. No phone call, no email, nothing. Just did not show up.
I emailed asking what happened, and after 24 hours still no response of any kind.
Do not use them, they are not reliable.

I work in the city as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a pretty big tech company in Union Square. After running into numerous issues with Dial-7 (a leading competitor), I took to Yelp to find an alternative in the area.
Needless to say...the reviews didn't let me down.
My boss came back from his business trip and couldn't stop talking about how pleasant his experience was from start to finish. The text upon arrival, the chat with the driver along the way, the prompt and professional service he received. We've now used WiroLimo twice and have booked service to the airport again

It's been 7 years since my first trip to NYC and my first experience with WiroLimo and they proved themselves again! I just returned from my second trip to NYC. I had no doubt I would go with WiroLimo again. They picked me up from JFK and dropped me off at my AirBnB in Midtown. And 6 days later they picked me up from the AirBnB and back to JFK. Henry was our driver for both trips. He was great! Really sweet and kind. I love that they text to confirm and to stay in touch, so easy. Scheduling the pick-ups from their website was also easy. My husband and I were amazed that neither of the rides

Review LONG overdue! (Service was Oct 2015)I had the misfortune of wasting my time with approximately 4 other limo services who never returned my calls or email about quotes or reservations. THEN I found WiroLimo...I was a little worried as it was around 10:30am Friday and needed a 7am pickup Sat. Not only that, but I needed something big enough for 4 adults and 2 children WITH car seats.

Nicholas was our friendly driver from Manhattan to Staten Island, for an important family event. His SUV was spotless inside and out.
We arrived early and the Church was locked and it was raining.
No worries. Nicholas was happy to stay with us until the doors were opened.

I needed a car service from JFK to Manhattan. Normally I would just take the subway, but traveling with my parents is a bit difficult, as they are getting older and slower.
WiroLimo did a great job. My driver texted me the day before, and when I landed I received another text saying he's outside and to call or text when I pick up my bags.
I had sent him a picture of me, so he could recognize me upon arrival. I wished he had done the same, but all he said is he was wearing a grey hat. Seriously, how vague can that be, especially if he's a driver!

First time using Wiro Limo and we had an outstanding experience. Your driver will text you the day before your scheduled service to confirm with you, which is great because you can then communicate directly with your driver in case you should need to.
Our driver Teo was professional and friendly as well. He was there 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
I will definitely use this car service again.
