My family and I took a limo ride to see the tree at Rockefeller center and the windows and lights near by. George picked us up in a beautiful 7 person limo with Christmas music and suggested we stop by Hudson Yards on the way. That was a great suggestion. George was knowledgeable, nice and professional. We had a wonderful time and everyone said they would love to do it again next year as it was such a great experience.

Alex was fantastic and super professional on our limo trip around the city. He was responsive to what we were looking for and was amazingly knowledgeable about the sights and sounds of the city. He was able to show us little-known elements of NYC and our young children were so excited to see the food trucks and Christmas light displays. I would highly recommend them in all circumstances.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. Our driver George was an absolute star. He was constantly in touch and made sure he was right outside the door of JFK waiting for us in the limo with ice cold champagne. He was so professional and friendly and just a lovely person. Sophia was also so helpful all the way through booking. The experience was worth every penny. It was a special treat for my husbands 40th birthday, so the amazing service from start to finish was appreciated so much. Thank you George and Sophia. xx

Christmas tour with king and queen limo was very impressive. Sophia was great she helped me to make a reservation with no trouble. it was surprise for my family. Honestly was a little nervous with making my first reservation because of a negative Yelp review I read. After sharing my concern with Sophia she shared their trip advisor link with me which had over 200+ positive reviews and I felt very reassured.
I ended up booking their services twice, they were consistent with communication. Their drivers were nice and very hospitable, and came well dressed as well.
Would recommend to anyone else looking!

The folks over at King and Queen Limo are the most professional, friendly, and hands down have the best prices in the tri-state area. They took care of us from the very first phone call. We hired them for our wedding & also for our transportation to the airport for our honeymoon. They have a wide variety of limos, they have everything..They show up early, they're polite, & most importantly the cleanest & most luxurious experience. Highly recommended!

Beware!! This is not a legitimate business when I tried to dispute a credit card charge she produced fraudulent emails and submitted it to my credit card company. I called her to dispute this and was told she does not need to provide any proof of the charges, emails or communication to me. That's because she has none. I was never provided a service nor any confirmation. When I called to discuss she hung up on me. If you value your money I would go elsewhere. I'm reporting her to the BBB.

I used King and Queen limo to travel to and from LGA to hotel in New York City. Cost of the service is reasonable for private transportation. We had beautiful limousine. Clean and comfortable. The driver was prompt. Easy to communicate with the driver and the office. Worry-free service. 100% recommended!!

Not recommended at all. We used them for a tour and for an airport transfer for a large group. For the tour we had two stretch limos. They arrived on time and the drivers were nice enough but not professionally dressed. The limos both had several dents and scratches. Presumably battle scars from NYC traffic but pretty embarrassing for my clients to ride around in dented up limousines.
The airport transfer was even worse. We had a Mercedes Sprinter van. The transfer was scheduled for 7:45. At 7:48, my group of 14 was waiting, no driver. I called the driver and he acts like I'm an inconvenience

King and Queen limo was the only one company which responded to our email about airport service in NY. Sophia answered all my questions and was very kind and professional. We was kind of worries because our flight was 35 minutes delay, but as soon as i turned on mobile phone I got message that driver will meet us inside arrival hall. What a relief ?
The driver put all our luggage inside the trunk, poured us champagne and took some photo's for us. He kept us informed on the way of things to look out for. We was glad to travel with them. This company has great employees

Horrible service. I wish I would have taken the air train instead. Driver was 30 minutes late. No ice for the drinks, which were warm. The driver said we should have requested ice in advance. What a lie. IThe worst part was when my daughter got hurt entering the limo. The driver never bothered to turn the inside lights on or warn her of the hump upon entering. She hit her head a and has a big bump/bruise. I told the driver and he never had the decency to apologize. Awful experience
