Fredy and his drivers at SempeRides recently delivered superb, on time service for over 100 travelers coming to and leaving NY with my international student travel company. Fredy is exceptionally organized and deeply committed to excellence. He scheduled and delivered 16 airport pickups and drop offs for our students and teachers going to and from Manhattan over a period of two weeks without a flaw, despite the increased traffic difficulties resulting from UN Week. His vehicles are new and clean, and his drivers are professional, on time and polite. I cannot imagine doing things any better than

I wish I could give this service more than 5 stars. We had several rides booked with SempeRIDE during our daughters wedding week-end . Prior to booking with SempeRIde, I bombarded Fredy with questions and emails. He always responded promptly. I have used other transportation companies in other cities and always had extras that were added to the final invoice. Not so with SempeRide- what I was quoted was what I was charged.We had an airport pick up, a 24 passenger bus and a pick up for Bride and her father- not one problem with any of our rides. SempeRide provided incredible service on our trip to New York in April 2018. We reserved an accessible vehicle to accommodate my spouse who is in a wheelchair. The rides from Newark airport to midtown Manhattan to our event and back to the airport were handled with incredible customer service. The driver was on time and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and our ride was stress-free. We will be using SempeRide again when we visit New York in the future.

My wife and I travel to New York for business 2-3 times a year and when we do, selecting a car service makes us uncomfortable, you never know what you are going to get or if they will even show up. There are many transportation companies available, but none can surpass the services provided by Semperide.
Fredy, owner and operator, was literally a life saver. I was in desperate need of a wheelchair accessible vehicle to transport my dad from JFK to Staten Island.
Our travel plans were changing throughout the day due to Hurricane Irma. Fredy was in constant communication with us, and after an 8 hour delay, he was there ready and waiting to assist. Because of Semperide, I was able to get my dad home and be next to him in his last days. I am eternally grateful for Fredy. He is an exceptional

Just got back from New York City. We used SempeRide to and from the Newark Airport. The vehicle we received was a new Toyota Highlander and we smoothly made it to our hotel and back to the airport a few days later with the same driver. Serge was smooth, efficient, and patient as he drove us. Would definitely use this company again if we choose to visit again.

SempeRide is the best way to get around NYC! Freddy was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He tracked our flight to watch for delays. We're communicated pick up locations via text message. He provided us with wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I also like that this company is owned by someone who is retired military. I will definitely use SempeRide next time I am in the area!

After looking for a airport car service on various websites, I decided to contact SempeRide. I'm happy that I did because it was a stress free ride to and from the JFK airport. Fredy was so pleasant and professional. He got us to our destination safely, plus he gave us advice on what to see and do in NYC. Best car service we've ever used! Fredy is super-responsive and provided good guidance when we were contemplating car [two adults, two toddlers, big dog in crate, and lots of luggage]. Our drivers were professional, prompt, and great to interact with.

I took my family on a cruise from the Manhattan terminal on 11/19. I needed a wheelchair vehicle that could also accommodate a hoyer lift. The van provided was very spacious and the driver was very courteous. Fredy was very patient in working with me as I had to make a few changes to my reservation. He answered my calls and texts right away. In fact, there was a change of timing on the return trip and I was accommodated at the last minute. I highly recommend this company and I will be sure to use them in the future.

This is my second review for SempeRide.I've had great experiences with them and used them 4 times!The last time I've used them,my husband and I was able to meet Freddy,the owner. He picked us up at the airport on time.His car was clean and it was a nice touch where there were 2 water bottles ready for us.The ride back home was comfortable and smooth.My husband and I enjoyed our ride home talking to Freddy. This is my 3rd time using SempeRide. I can't recommend it enough. After having dealt with other car companies I know how horrible and unreliable some of these companies can be. They don't come on time or the cars are old, run down and dirty. Not with SempeRide. Every time I have taken them they driver has come early and given me a call when they are about 5 minutes away. The cars are all beyond clean and well maintained. The scheduling process is easy and you prepay so everything is taken care of ahead of time. I had the pleasure of using this car service on my recent visit to NY from Oregon. I was met at the airport by the owner of the company, Fredy. Clearly a man who is dedicated to the business. We booked a car to take us to JFK from New Jersey. Fredy the owner of the company texted half an hour before the scheduled pick up time to let us know he was on the way. Just before pick up he texted again to say he was close to the pick up location. He was exactly on time. He was very courteous and professional. The car was new and very clean. Also, the car was equipped with wi fi and cool bottled water. I was very impressed with the service. I will definitely use them again. In fact we have already booked with him for another date.

I was doing a research on yelp because me and my hubby needed a fast and a reliable way to get to JFK airport. The entire experience-from start to finish was great! I really appreciate their great customer service. My driver Ilya was smiling and he looked like he really enjoys his job.
