A lot of people assume we use a "slim jim" or something similar in Car Lockout situations. No way! We have a professional tool kit specifically designed for auto lockouts. Each vehicle requires a different tool to protect the customers vehicle while getting them back into their car and on their way safely.
No one likes the feeling of getting into your car and turning the key only to have it make little or no sound. If you don't already have a roadside assistance plan, then you're going to need some help. The car I have loaned to my 19 year old son was towed from the apartment he has lived at for less than a week after confusion over parking spots. As his mother and owner of the vehicle I called to get the scoop on how to get the car back. I was first accused by an extremely rude employee of not actually being his mother and was hung up on after saying I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in such a manner. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional company. Wrongfully towed my car and gave me and my partner a hassle figuring out how to get it back. ALSO CAUSED A LOT OF DAMAGE TO THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE OF MY CAR. If you employ these people to tow at your lot they will wrongfully tow cars and you will be at fault to pay for it. Extremely unprofessionally on the phone as well. This company wasted a lot of my time and caused significant damage to my car for no reason.

Nobody likes having their car towed!! BUT if it does happen you should hope that Ron May has your car. They were beyond helpful including having someone there after 5pm to let us get the car back (we didn't learn that my father's car was towed until 4:30 Saturday on Memorial day weekend!) MIKE was THE nicest person ever... seriously!! He could be a manager of customer service at a 5 star hotel he was that kind and helpful. So yes it still cost a fortune to get it out but at least it was a pleasant experience thanks to Mike.

Garrett was polite, informative, and overall very kind. It was a difficult situation when my wife's car broke down just after he picked up mine by flatbed. He made the entire experience so much better than it could have been. He then of course put my wife's on that same flatbed and drove us to the Auto Repair shop. I really can't say it enough, Thank you Garrett, Thank you Ron May.

We had a vehicle abandoned in our driveway and we are renters they talked us through everything we needed to do and we’re there in less than 15 min once our landlord was contacted. The driver was super nice and professional and quick. Definitely would recommend them if you need a vehicle towed

I had to use my roadside assistance service through my insurance company today and they dispatched a Ron May truck to help me. The driver, RJ, was at my location within 15 minutes and got my tire changed in less than another 15 minutes. He was very friendly and obviously very skilled, he made a bad situation better, fast. I would be very happy to use Ron May in the future, even outside of my insurance!

Despicable practices! Our car was stolen Thursday night. A police report was filed and the plates were flagged that it was a stolen vehicle and Snohomish County Sheriff's Dept and ourselves needed to be called ASAP.
The thieves abandoned it at an apartment complex tonight and these jerks towed it even though the police had all of our info and we could have been there IMMEDIATELY to retrieve it. Made US pay over $500 to get it back depsite the fact we did not leave it there, it was STOLEN, and the police report was readily available for corroboration.
We shouldn't be liable for this

I was disgusted at the treatment my fiance and i received as a result of descrimination on Leonides' part. He was extremely disrespectful and actually had the nerve to cuss and dosrespect us over our own property. I will never come here again and i will refer everyone else to a better towing provider. This behaviour was totally unneccesary and i am doing everything in my power to get justice for these indescretions. Not only was he disrespectful and discriminative but his secretary is as well on multiple occasions we have heard her talk about other customers with the same judgement and disdain

This review has been a longtime coming. At the time Ron Mays Towing was very good. Not saying this reputation has changed in any way. I do know when the weather is bad and cold that the last place I want to be is tinkering when the car does not run. So I called Ron May up and within an hour the two truck arrived. The person driving was helpful and cheerful, seemed motivated. When all hooked up we got in the truck and took it to the mechanic I had selected. While car was being examined I said my goodbyes to the driver. Good experience in bad weather.

After reading the reviews, I may have had an atypical experience, but I still wanted to leave a review as I worked as a dispatcher for multiple towing companies and later AAA years ago.
With that sort of experience you know that accidents are emotional experiences for many people. Some people love their cars with a passion and some people have been involved in injury or fatal accidents. It happens. If you're behind the counter you're the face of a company to your customers and there's no reason to treat them cruelly. I'm not talking about people who are mad that they parked

I unfortunately just had my older car stolen the other day, but was grateful to find out that Ron May had been called upon to tow it from a local property. The cost was indeed high to retrieve my car back, but I must comment on the attitude and customer service provided by Dolly and the team. Remaining professional in tough times is so important, and in this case especially, Dolly was super helpful in providing me with insurance info, the address to the local police department and a warm send-off. God forbid I ever need a towing service from bad luck, but if I do, I'm calling Ron May Towing

Every Unprofessional-like. They towed my car from a neighborhood where permit parking is allowed and charged 300 dollars. After I picked up the car, I found out my car started making rattling and clicking sounds. I called them and told them that it happened after the towing and they said they arent going to do anything about it.
